Red barns country store is a little gem tucked away off the main roads. It has all the local meats, milks, produce, and jams like you’d expect at a small farm store. They are always adding products, and expanding into new areas, so you never know what else they may have next week. (They do have raw milk for your pets if you’re searching)

I love getting my meats from this place. It definitely tastes way different from what is sold in stores. Their dinner pies are a perfect go to for a nutritious meal without the elbow grease. Moreover, supporting good, kind local people is far more satisfying than buying from big brand stores. Farm fresh is best!!!

Amy (owner) is super nice & makes delicious elderberry syrup! They have a great selection of meats and other items at their new store, from locally made bread to locally grown fruits/vegetables (seasonal). Of course, prices on their meat, etc. is more expensive than what one would spend on comparable items at the grocery store—but you know where your food is coming from & the quality is probably much better. Red Barn Farm is a must visit for those wanting to support local farmers/businesses & truly enjoy “farm to table” items.

Love Red Barn Farm. They are a great family business. Everything I have purchased from them has been so good, top quality! I took a beef tenderloin up North to visit family, they said it was the best tasting meat they have had in a long time. If you haven’t tried it , you need to;) you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!

Love the fresh meat. Love the convenience of picking it up. I can go by the farm & pick it up & see the animals or they will deliver or I can get it at the farmers market. So much better than the meat from the grocery stores. Highly recommend.

After sampling several cuts, I was stunned to discover the texture, marbling and consistency that I didn't think existed in the meat industry any more.The difference in taste and texture between their cuts and the best cuts at grocery stores like Publix and Harris Teeter is unmistakeable. Taste them and prove to yourself the difference!Every once in a while, you find a spark of excellence, and this family run farm is one of those rare sparks! This is the way I imagine meat tasted generations ago, when farmers had passion, pride and the skills to match.

So glad to this farm at Locust Farmers Market. I loaded up their chicken breast, pork chops and beef soup bones for making homemade beef broth. So good to know I’m getting my meats from a local source.

they are such a wonderful family and have delicious meat! their animals are well loved and taken care off. If you haven’t tried their products, you NEED to try them. They're available at Farmers Markets but also have delivery services or you can pick up at the farm!
