It's a little pricey the equipment works great you get your money's worth. It also has a place you can wash your dog & clean your pets, also there is a place to clean your car inside & out, vacuum it if need be they have a shampoo machine too. It's a 3 stop shop. Laundry, Pets & Vehicles all in 1 place 😃

We used the dog Wash and I was pleased with it overall. The price is very expensive if you have a long haired dog that will take much longer to wash and rinse, like we do. That's my main complaint. The machine takes cash or credit but does not give change for cash. Having only a $20 bill, we had to use that and that have is one hour of washing and drying. Within that time I was able to shampoo my dog twice (he had fleas), condition, and dry him, plus rinse the tub well and have 9 minutes to spare. He's a 35lb Aussie.Otherwise the water took a long time to get warm, probably close to 3-5 min, which eats into your washing time if you have a dog that can't handle the cold (or if you can't).The facility is clean and accessible, my senior pup did not have trouble standing on the textured floor of the tub or jumping in, and I had no trouble reaching over the sides to wash although I am petite.The dog Wash has windows into the laundromat facilities, so you could keep an eye on your laundry while you wash your dog, which seems like it could be useful to many.I'm sure we will be back! I just wish it were a bit less expensive.

If you put in more than $1 bills it keeps a quarter out of your total. I noticed it the last 2 times I went (the second time I had forgotten but then immediately remembered as I put in my 5 dollar bill. I did get only 4.75 back) but the washers are good sized

Did my laundry today at this wonderful establishment! What a pleasant experience! Being elderly, it's important that everything be handicapped accessible & it definitely is. Being hot natured, it's important that the place is cool in the summer & it is!! 😄 I found everything to be very clean, in working order & fairly priced. They have multiple sizes of both washers & dryers. A convenient app is available to download so that you can pay with your fone rather than needing a bag of quarters!I would say that each time you go there, it may not be as spic & span clean as it was today. I would remind folks that all of the public that uses the facility is not going to leave it as clean as they found it! This is not a management problem, but a humanity problem that exists everywhere!I encourage you to give Waterworx a try. We are lucky to have this business in our area & I, for one, will be a regular customer. Thanks for reading my review!

Fairly clean and the place is monitored 24-7...Open every day of the week...Change machines that work and an App available for the washing machines. Just wish there was a human supervisor there during the day.

It was very clean, the washing machine are around $5 + and the dyers are $0.50 + which isn’t to bad but still pretty pricey. The have lots of children books which is nice as well. They also have a car wash outside which is a plus. The dog grooming area looks clean as well. Only downside as a parent is no changing table but I will def come back

After having to do laundry in a building where most of the machines are filthy or out of order, having new machines in a new building is fantastic. They also have a massage chair. However, the people using the facilities are less than spectacular. Trash & dryer sheets are left in the machines, lint & paper are all over the floors & the religious tracts that were on the floor almost made my cane slide out from under me. One couple was letting their children ride inside the larger laundry carts & were even pushing them around in the carts so that they would slam into the walls.I enjoy the vending of laundry products, in case you run out, the large capacity baskets are great & you have the option of using cash or a payment app specifically for the machines.Overall, a.very pleasant experience aside from people who can't seem to grasp how to behave in public spaces. Cleaning will have to be addressed soon or it will get way out of hand.

Best laundromat Ive been to. All the washers work, the dryers dry reliably, the prices are fair and you also have the option of using the car wash/vacuum stations and dog cleaning station. I also love that you can pay with your phone/card if you have no quarters on hand. Now only if the others that use this laundromat would pick up after themselves and throw their trash away, this will be the best laundromat thats near by. Not docking a star for that, can't help people just not caring and leaving their trash behind when there's plenty of trash cans near by.

Awesome laundromat. I travel and use laundromats all over the country. This this is one of the cleanest I’ve ever experienced! Lots of different size washers and dryers were super efficient too!

The dog wash service station is absolutely amazing! Super convenient and useful!! My dog loves it!! We use it at least once a month!! And the laundry mat is an absolute life saver!! I live in ledger so it's nice to have one this side of town!! Thank you

The machines are great! A very nice building, nothing the owners are doing is less than great it's the customers that are the problem, leaving dryer sheets laying all over the floor, bringing in blankets COVERED in dog hair & not even bothering to take the time to wipe the machines out! They should appreciate this place especially when compared to the other place!

First time was yesterday! It was very nice and very clean! I used both laundry mat, and dog wash! Both were great! A little pricey! But it was nice and clean and that means a lot!

Best laundromat in the area! My washer is broken, so I've been using laundromats lately but most of them make me feel so uncomfortable and are filthy. This one is so much better and I love the dog wash option!!

The SpeedQueen app would not work because cell service in the building is spotty. To be fair, I did not check for a WiFi signal. The bathrooms were closed because if someone's bad behavior, which was disappointing, but I understood why they would do that.

Washers & dyers work amazing and it’s a beautiful building, but it really needs to be cleaned more regularly. Both times I’ve been it’s been very messy, machines nasty & the bathroom didn’t have soap or paper towels.
