This store always has the nicest employees and I love coming in here! I can find a low-cost bag of chicken food and just about any supplies I need for my chickens. I also get my dog's flea and tick meds here. There is also plenty of impulse purchasing...just acquired THE SOFTEST fleece blanket the other day that I didn't need, but now can't live without!

I live in Forest City and shop for a lot of my horse feed here because it is the closest in proximity; still a 15-20 minute drive but closer than other feed stores and open late, which I appreciate. However, I wish they would keep better stock of the horse feed products!! Several occasions where they have been out of Triple Crown products (senior grain, flax and rice bran), as well as basic products like shredded beet pulp. Recently, I have started checking the website before I travel there, but have unfortunately found that the site is not always up to date. I have also tried calling before making the drive, only to have nobody pick up the phone. The neighboring TSC stores in Shelby and Columbus always have what I need, but it takes me about 40 minutes to get there. Appreciate you all but the inventory system seems like it could use some improvement. Thank you!

Very good place to go for most all your needs, if you need help very friendly staff, good rewards, very helpful place. Awesome manager... only thing could use improvement is short staffed in the evening when you need help the cashier's have the hardest job and should always have more workers around in eye sight for an emergency. When the manager's not there, the floor staff seems to be in the back stocking so should have more staff. Great place, Highly recommend for all your farming needs plus more...

Rudest employees ever. Wanted to spend $6000 on a new mower and all they wanted to do was argue about how it’s not put together. I can put it together but they can’t have enough thought process to think outside the box. I’m sorry but these employees need an education. Brian manager was called but never showed up. Leadership missing how can you hold anyone accountable?

The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable as well. I came in a few months ago to get dewormer medicine and one of the staff members recommend a cheap option that he said worked better than the expensive medicine and it cleared up the worms quickly! Definitely a great customer experience.

Absolutely love this place! They always have what I need & even more of what I want! My chickens came from here and are doing well! Loads of home decor as well! Super nice staff. If they don't have it in store, they'll order it and you can pick it up or have it shipped!

Had to get a new top link for 3 point hitch, saw some linch pins for an unusually cheap price. I asked a nearby sales associate if these were really that cheap and he said yes, so I picked up a handful of them.

My brother and I were looking at Utility Trailers, before I buy I always do my homework. Your 5X8SP-GEN CARRY-ON TRAILER video did the trick! I just wished the young man who was trying to help us would've watched that video! Hence the 4 stars. An older gentleman Assisted us with more knowledge on trailer, which became a smoother process Feb 26 2022.

Update - they have more flat carts! Occasionally, they are out of what I need, but I think that's a supply chain issue. The customer service has vastly improved.This location (Forest City/Spindale NC) is always out of Timothy hay and has horrible customer service. A feed store should have more than 2 flat carts for customers to use.

Friendly staff and great prices. I usually get my dog food here, they carry the good stuff, and look at the baby chicks. There are tools galore here and a fairly knowledgeable staff.

Helpful Staff. Very confusing about senior discount advertising on Google at 20% EVERY fourth Tuesday of the month. After questioning staff at two stores one assistant manager called and discovered that this discount is only honored in their Canadian stores. They also ONLY give Military and Veterans discounts on the Fourth of July.

What can be said about Tractor Supply. I know there is stores all about, the one I use is in Forest City North Carolina. It is a well laid out fairly comfortable business. Most of you that are in farm animals and want a one stop shop to get products you need to take care of business then you know this is the place to be. Plus they have feed , doctor supplies such as vaccinations, pills, ear wash,eye wash&) just about everything that you could think of for raising your own animals up. So when you're in need this is the place to go and if you're near the Forest City store come check them out. They're knowledgeable and very friendly waiting to help you.

We buy our dog treats here because they are cheaper than other big box store that promises low prices everyday. We also bought all our hens & roosters here plus chicken supplies. All lived to maturity & hens produced lots of eggs. Some days I wish they had more cashiers, but I usually the line's not too bad.

After several stops to try and find an obscure lawn mower belt, I stopped by to try my luck. After checking out their huge selection of belts, I still could not find what I needed. I was afraid I would have to search the internet and have it in a couple days. Unfortunately, I did not have a couple days. I decided to ask the clerk who called up a gentleman (I truly wish I could remember his name!) and he confirmed he did not have that lawnmower belt. As I turned to walk away, he called me back and asked for the belt again. He turned and walked to the back of the store to an aisle that had some belts for auto and tool use and found, after several minutes a 3/8 x 31 that would work. In a day when service is lacking and it's easy to say "no, check the internet", this gentleman went out of his way to find what I needed. I can't say that I will ever go here again as I go there often, but perhaps I will try there first and save myself some time.

I like this store. Love is location. Friendly staff. But, they are terrible at restocking items. Numerous times I have gone in, depending on them having a common item, to find the shelf empty. A week later still not restocked.
