DON'T DO IT. The horror stories from people who have bought from Jim, and one time I was there when a woman bought a car done all the paperwork went out to get in the car that she just bought tried to crank it and it would not crank she asked him for help and he refused to do anything.At least three people have said they intended to contact the attorney general's office or file suits.You have to remember in North Carolina a used car is sold as is which means they don't have to do anything to your lemon that you just bought..But most reputable car dealers will help you.Anyone who knows the area has noticed that multiple cars on his lot have been there for months and the reason is simple he has been exposed.Yes he sells great food at his restaurant beside the car dealership but the car dealership has a bad reputation.
