Prices for product a little high..then include tax..and it still don't add up to price they charge at register....some of the products is worth the price...and I guess the 5.00 over charge was a tip for customer service....anyway....need to watch your spending and don't be distracted at the register....

The selection of goods is good. The customer service is excellent & they even load your car for you automatically.I gave it 4 stars because the price feels just a tad bit higher sometimes.

Good store that offers EVERYTHING for farmers, pet lovers, gardening etc. I love this place. My only complaint is one time we paid by debit card here and after that we had to block this card because of suspicious transaction attempts. So they need to pay more attention to the cash register. Since that we always pay by cash here)))

Customer service here is pretty on point. they like to help you and tell you what products are for and what their prices are. Most things are marked for price.they will load your vehicle or trailer for you without even asking so that’s a plusI don’t give them five stars because a little higher. I’v shopped otherwise. I give them My business because they aren’t a corporate chain and they are good with customers.Customer svc: 7 out of 10Price: decent but higher than someCleanliness: it’s a feed store, you WILL have dust.Possible Improvements. Well honestly I am super bummed to write this review. I just moved to the area about a year ago , shopped around and even though this place was not the cheapest, I chose to shop here to support a friendly local place. Most of the workers are friendly but today, I basically got called a liar by the owner because I was to be asking for a fair exchange.( I gave him hamsters to sell and wanted to trade for animal food but never got the trade and they kept my container when they promised to get it back) I feel let down because I have been going there supporting them for almost a year about 200 a month. I will be taking my business elsewhere after todays insults. :-(

We love this feed store. They always have what we need. The staff are always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the young lady that works there. I had several questions regarding chickens and how to care for them. She answered all my questions and gave me several suggestions that I have been able to use. Thanks again for all your help.

This store has not only food for wild animals but they have anything your fur babies may need, before going to a vet consider checking them out, plus they got plants you don't find elsewhere, also very impressive are not Fin Mox, ask and it will be told what a lot of people already know, Fishes and People love it.

I would give 5 stars but the cashier girl was very rude to me and giving me an attitude. Everybody else is top notch and knowledgeable. I won't be coming back until she is fired or at least properly trained on how to provide the right customer service and how to correctly work the cash register but clearly she doesn't care, best to let her go. My advice to the owner. Thank you.

I am giving this place 5 stars for the over friendly and helpful staff and owner. I recently bought a very expensive item (over $300) that ended up not working out for my situation and after talking with the staff and owner a couple times they ended up giving me my money back even though there was a chance they would loose money on the item. They were very nice, professional and understanding. I feel like this place really tires to get you what your looking for and do everything in their power to help a customer out. I will continue to give them my business every chance I get and I encourage everyone else to help out this local busniess because they will help you if they can :)

I've been shopping at this store for 5 years since I come up here from Florida. I love these people they're so great to me and everybody else that shops there. It's the down home hospitality at the store. Somebody always has time to talk to you if they're not busy... Great people work there!!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and have tons of options for livestock and pet Healthcare and accessories.They can be a little pricey on their accessories but overall way better prices on the medicines, food, snacks and medicine treatments for your whole "herd".

I was beginning to wonder if "full service" was just a thing of the past... If you think so also then stop by this establishment for ANYTHING related to your garden and animal needs.. not only did I get what I needed.. it was loaded into my vehicle... I only have 2 thumbs up to give this local business and these guys deserve more not only for the service but maintaining the edge on tractor supply..

I've had an account at Oakland feed and seed for at least 5 years they're always have what I need as far as horses and dogs and cats and a little extras thrown in.. I don't shop anywhere else for my animals.
