Came in here and asked two different supervisors for help, both of these women just told me the aisle they’d be on instead of actually showing me the product location. I obviously wouldn’t ask for help again if i saw them down the aisle they directed me to go to. Do not recommend.

Great selection. Low prices. Good quality tools..much cheaper than major brands..Helpful staff. I've bought battery chargers here with warranty. They replaced them with no problem. Helpful and courteous.

First time visiting Harbor freight. Wasn't as "fancy" as I thought it was going to be. It was nice.Imagine a supersized maw & paw hardware store. That's is what is appealing about this locale.The sales were really good though so I'll definitely visit more often.

The store was neat and orderly. I couldn't immediately locate what I was looking to purchase (magnetic roller to pick up nails from construction work area) but the young lady at checkout knew exactly where the item was and sent me straight to it. Great price too!

I go there to fill my propane tank and other household things. The staff is very friendly the store is organized. And there is always staff throughout the store stocking ...so help is never far away !

Don't understand battery powered tool don't include battery or the charger it's like buying a car with no wheels another way to take your money by the time u buy a battery an charger you can buy a DeWalt or Milwaukee an have money left

I went in last week and the cashier was unbelievably rude her name was Megan , I ask for assistance and she acted like I was a bother , the attitude in general upset me won’t be shopping there again. She was very hostile to me and made me very uncomfortable.

Gotta love HFT!Just remember ya pay for what you get!And to the people who complain / yell at the employees at the register stop it! They did not build whatever tool you used improperly and broke and are trying to return.

I was shopping for a trailer wiring adapter. The store was out of the one I neededHowever, the young man assisting me found one at a local auto store and directed me there. He went above and beyond to help me.Additionally, I have found this store to be clean and well stocked all other times.

Raised my review after the last two visits i had were much more pleasant. I did have trouble finding some common items as they had no more of them in stock. I assume its the same supply chain issues everyone is having. Staff was friendly and assisted me as much as they could. Much better than last time.

Love Harbor Freight! Everyone very helpful! Jonathan was GREAT! He actually took my item out of the box and put the pieces together to make sure things would work how I needed them too! I originally got the wrong item and they were great in letting me return it.

What can I say I love Harbor Freight. They have one knowledgeable employee and the others are not so much. But hey that's pretty much the way it goes in tool stores nowadays.

I love shopping harbor freight. I would give it a list score for not having some of the things I need but I understand it's beyond their control. Lot of businesses are struggling with receiving items they need due to covid. Lot of companies are short staffed and can't meet the demands.. I've only had a couple items I couldn't get at my local store so for the staff and the efforts they put into keeping it stocked and the smiles they always have I give 5 stars. It's been months I've waited on Jack stands and they just got a shipment in. Those things can't be controlled by the company and I did notice they went beyond and above and ordered the more expensive stands just to keep customers happy. Great experience! Called ahead because we were looking for an item that was on sale. They had the tool. Pulled it off the shelf and had it waiting for us. Everyone, from the manager to the associate that checked us out, was friendly. Store was very clean and well organized. Drive 35 minutes to get to the store. Would do so again.

Had to grab a tool for a job and had a quick trip in. Store was well organize and everything was fairly simple to find. At the checkout had a pleasant chat with th cashier and was happy about the money we saved by coming here. I'll be coming back in the near future to purchase more tools.

Everything I have as far as tools etc have come from here. Great products I would put up against about anything out there, great new warranty program, customer service has been great, stores are neat and clean. Gosh, most everything that I have to say about this store is just great. So come on over and enjoy your stay, spend your money and enjoy your products at home.

I can not speak for power tools but i have bought a few larger shop items with no mechanical parts like sand blast cabinet and a parts wash bin and they work good. Warranty on these are good too. Alot cheaper than orher tool stores.

I buy certain things here, because of cost. Tool quality could be better, but can get the job done. People are nice, helpful (when you get noticed). Clean, organized, and they keep everything stocked for the most part.

Harbor Freight gets a lot of grief but they are who they are. If you need a pro quality item they have it if you need a item for occasional use or maybe once they have that as well. If you bare this in mind when selecting your tool you won't be disappointed. Just don't think a 20 dollar drill motor is going to hold-up to hard use. Get what you pay for period. I am glad they exist and give us a store where I can buy a wrench for 5 dollars that will be used once or twice a year. Instead of a 20 dollar pro-grade wrench designed for daily use.
