I am very concerned about a few of the staff that works here. I was asked to put my purse behind the counter on one of my normal trips because my purse was too big. I have paid for every item I've gotten from that store and it offended us entirely. I have paid for every item I've gotten from there and that situation should have been handled completely different. I've worked in retail myself and know how much people steal from stores and I also know about the occasions where they've been robbed and I hate that but train your employees to not judge someone from their appearance or because they think ill thoughts of them.

Staff is very friendly and helpful but the store in Spencer is always a mess and dirty floors. Always carts blocking shelves . I always see the staff working very hard but its apparent that they need more help. But very friendly staff always!!

Super cool store! The best DG i ever went the variety an selection are awesome … An they always have mer handise marked down i find really goid deals.. Oh an let me not 4get the employees are the best never had any1 but b super sweet to me an helpful. If i had to recommend anything it would be they could use more help although they always multi task constantly working ,they always seem as if they can never catch up …but they dont let it interfere with there ability to take care of the customer and each other.thank you DG -Spencer

Please lose the attitude!!! When someone is shopping and you have boxes all over the store it is not an uncommon question for someone to casually ask whether or not you have Microban or Clorox Wipes. People are engaging in scavenger hunts in the middle of a pandemic so the last thing we need is someone that is supposed to be working in customer service lashing out with an attitude. Corporate Office please address this with your Staff. I am not the only one that have experienced this at this store and I don't even live in Salisbury. Thank you.

They had redone this store not long ago and it was so nice but didn't last long it has gotten worse as time goes I was just in there yesterday looking for rugs and curtains and couldn't even get down the isle and haven't been able to for atleast 6 months it was horrible freight everywhere I'm sure they are losing sales they have to be i don't know who is over this store but they need to do better.....

I was in the store picking up a bottle of cleaning product(faboloso) the item fell out of my hand due to the product not being in a proper place and splashed n my eyes n body the manager sucked at empathy and clearly didn't care at all and gave me saline for my eyes and diagnosed me and said I was going to be okay

Can be a little difficult to get to items/aisles due to stock being piled up in walkways but staff is extremely friendly & helpful.

Store not accessable for the handicapped. Aisles blocked by stock, store dirty and shelves disheavled making it hard to find what you want.
