There is a lady in the pharmacy, her name I think it was Hannah, she had crazy beautiful hair, anyway she did a outstanding job helping me with questions, where I went to shop and find other items she was helpful & explained things to me, I’ve been dealing with terrible depression & having a hard time & I could feel she genuinely meant every word. She was incredible. If I could hug her I would. She deserves the best! She’s incredible at customer service, I have never had such a lovely experience & the store was impeccable clean! Fantastic time you two!

I used to love the Walgreens in Sparta but in the last few months they have really let me down. They call, text, and email you to death, even between 2-4am. Then, they are out of stock or closed because they couldn't get a pharmacist to work. If I didn't need medicine, I wouldn't have it prescribed.

I don't even think they deserve one star. My Walgreens in Wilkes was out of stock of two of my prescriptions. I plainly explained that. So my doctor called my scripts in at this ridiculous pharmacy. So I drive 50 mins from my home to pick up my prescriptions and the pharmacy would not fill them because she said it was showing that they were filled in Wilkes and they were out of stock. I mean really like it's not going to show on the computer where and when you pick up any of your prescriptions. These people that work in a pharmacy that could care less about if someone gets their medicine or not do not need to work as a pharmacist or in the pharmacy period. I don't own a gas station or a money tree. And it wouldn't have killed the pharmacist to call Wilkes to verify. But she just rudly ignored the situation. I hope she doesn't go through a similar situation one day.

I visited yesterday for the first time. I was so impressed! My meds were filled promptly. The store was bright and clean. The staff were cheerful and helpful. I immediately decided this will be my pharmacy!

Love this Walgreens your treated like family. Here they really care about their Customers and it shows by all their staff what a great place to shop the management must be outstanding or they would not have such an over the top staff. Thank you all for making my visits so wonderful .

Just had entered the front door when 2 persons welcomed me to Walgreens in sparta mountain, with items I needed too get and out the door within 10 minutes or less, all with a friendly smile and pleasant customer service. Good for Walgreens, your the BEST.

Have been treated as if I was trying to get drugs for illegal purposes about 80 percent of the times I have been in to pick up prescriptions for my husband. The service is as slow as if they filled all the prescriptions for everyone in all the surrounding counties. I do not appreciate being treated as a criminal and my time away from home is limited.

Their drive through us generally pretty quick. .. compared to the Walgreens in Galax, VA. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant.

Pharmacy employees are the nastiest people.Constantly complaining that they have alot of prescriptions to fill. They should go to a big town where there are hundreds to fill.

Where u can get a few things you can't find in a dollar store or food lion. Friendly staff. I got my flu shot from here. It was an easy process.
