First and last time going. If you have a high energy dog do not take them here. They do not have the knowledge to handle them. Didn’t even let my dog get warmed up to the place instantly grabbed her to just get the nail trim done with. I should have left as soon as I saw how they were going to hold her for the nail trim. Instead of asking questions about how she manages they just assumed that she likes to be held down. The other girl then held her slip lead so tight that my dog started making wheezing noises and I had to grab the lead from her and loosen it to let her breath. Almost all of her nails are bleeding or splintered. The excuse was she jerked ( she jerked after they cut her quick every time) Good thing the first nail trim was free because I would not have payed anyways after having put my dog through that. I take responsibility for even allowing it to happen. After 20 minutes she’s still bleeding after having them come out to the car to put more stuff on her nail and putting flour on it at home. I had to call the vet to ask for an appointment to make sure her nails beds were okay and to stop the bleeding. The whole reason of not doing it myself was to avoid cutting her which I know can happen but on almost every other toe it’s ridiculous .

They do a great job! They handle hard to handle dogs and will try to help any dog. The 9:30 walk-in nail trim is my favorite for my babies

Great experience, will definitely be taking my puppy back there again, the groomers were great with her and she even looked happy when I picked her back up!! If I could give more stars I would!

Our veterinarian Southport Animal Hospital recommended you to trim our cat Rusty's nails, who came from the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office Animal Protective Services The two gals who held him and trimmed his nails were so professional. Thank you very much. You did a fantastic, stress-free job. And Rusty was very comfortable. We will be back!

Made an appointment a month out. Never knew it was cash only. Now just found cotton balls packed down in my dogs ears, I specifically said to not clean his ears too cause they are medicated. Not returning to say the least.

The groomer was so friendly . She picked Rosie up and held him and then took him back to be groomed . He didn’t seem nervous at all. We are from Ohio and Rosie (yes he is a boy with a girls name ) is 12 years and in all those years he has never looked and smelled as good as he did yesterday We might have to come back more often just to get him groomed .

The kindness that Sunny the owner shared with me today was heart warming.I do volunteer work at a hospice. There i have a lady that all she had left is her life now is her little poodle name Misty of approx 12 years old who is partly blind & deaf and was in major need of a bath and hair cut . I call so many groomers yesterday and finally Sunny agree to make time for little Misty. When I picked her up, she was like a different dog, beautiful and clean and on top of that Sunny did not charge me a thing for her service, I was so taken by her generosity and the friendly staff that I was left speechless. Once again, I thank God for the kindness of strangers. Thank you Sunny!

My wife will be upset at me but this was the worst haircut our Boykin Spaniel has ever had. They cut his curls on the top of his head, trim the hair on his ears too short and uneven and the back of his head looks like a mullet cut. I understand they were told not to cut his hair on top his head but due to some lack of communication a new employee was not told nor looked at the card they had on file. Hopefully in 2 or 3 months it will grow back.

The women at this establishment are nothing short of amazing. They treated my Tebow with such love and care as if he was the only one that existed. They listened to all my concerns and preferences. Tebow came home with a new pep to his step. Can't wait for next time!

I love this place! Their prices are reasonable, their services are outstanding and they individualize each dog. I never have a problem getting an appointment- sometimes I leave a message if the phone is busy and they call right back.

I went there just for a nail trim. Which was 15$. Absolutely ridiculous. My dog was out in one minute and his nails aren’t cut properly. So in short I got ripped off. The staff isn’t very friendly if you don’t tip them. Which in it self is ridiculous.

So we've been there twice- maybe the last time was the third. And the last time!Why is that? It wasn't for the quality of the groom of our 5 yr. old Labradoodle, although it wasn't great. Have had a lot of grooms in five years to compare it to and it was "ok". the reason was the attitude of I believe him to be the owner.I'm a stickler on good customer service and appreciating those who give me business. That's been my career background for years. so when I come into a business to give them my money, I expect more than, "What's your dogs name? (Answered) $76.00 (or thereabouts, almost $80.00 bucks) hands me back my change, reaches for the mic and calls to the back and tells whomever "Picking up Zoey."Never got a friendly greeting, not even a thank you. How about, "Hey Jff I see you're a new customer, thanks for choosing us, we appreciate your business!" or some such customer appreciation engagement.While the groomers have always been friendly and we customarily give them a tip, the pricing (had a price increase since the previous visit) is on the high side in my estimation and experience, his attitude was totally unprofessional as btw his appearance ... I left miffed with the intention never to go back there.What a fool. I've had the opportunity to share the experience with a number of new neighbors in our community and recommend they don't go there. Will continue to do so.

Never go back there again. Terrible cut on a very small Yorkie. $48. Don't even think they shampoed him....last time @ Jenny's it was $24. Never could get them to answer the phone or he would've went back there. They did excellent
