This store was an unexpected treat. I noticed the sign thinking it was a pet store that sold birds but I was in for a surprise.This is a unique store that specializes in helping you turn your backyard into a wildlife habitat for bird! More or less they'll have everything you need to keep the birds coming along with other niche thinks like butterfly feeders, hummingbird feeders and squirrel deterrents.The staff (Ms.Vicki I do believe) here was super knowledgeable on the merchandise and NC bird species in general and will help you pick the best product for your needs.

I love this store. The team is super knowledgeable, and they know me by name. They are able to answer questions about local bird behavior and are informed of what’s happening with birds in the area (migration, sick birds, mating season, etc). They can help fix broken feeders as well as clean them. The group here is a wonderful resource for birders. We are lucky to have this store in our area!

Amazing store…needed a new multi-feeder pole plus another bluebird house. Everything was in stock and the quality was top notch. The staff helped me select everything I needed…they were so knowledgeable and very pleasant! I’ll be back.

My partner who is 83 was told to leave this store and never come back. The owner threatened to call the police saying that my partner cursed and yelled at him. Gotta doubt this as he doesn't do those things. He was a great customer. Sad.

I routinely purchase my birding supplies here. The staff is friendly and very well informed. I especially like that they take the heavy bags to your car for you. We are fortunate to have such a store in our small area, I know all the birders out there very much appreciate the convenience.

Tractor Supply has better bird food including the variety with mealworms, which attract insect eaters such as Wrens and Bluebirds. If you want bug control you have to attract the birds which eat them and Wrens sing more than any bird.

This was was one of the most informative shopping experiences I have had in years. They spent over a half hour helping my wife and me with questions and help us put a set up for my wife to be able to attract and watch birds in our backyard. He was extremely knowledgeable and will make the 30 minute drive to buy our bird products from them from this experience

Recently bought a modular bird feeder post and hangers, and enjoyed learning about the other components to attract and feed wild birds. A few days later bought a terrific bird feeder and custom seed. Very helpful staff, and excellent well made product line. Many new birds now showing up - in just a matter of days.

Wonderful little store that sells everything and anything to do with birds. The food seems expensive, but when you consider $20 for a bag at the big box store and only about 25% is actually consumed by birds (the rest spilling to the ground and then growing into weeds), their product is not really expensive. The birds eat it all because no filler is used. If you buy the no mess seed, then it's already preshelled and won"t grow if it falls to the ground. The staff is super friendly, and will offer to carry the heavy bags to your car for you. Great little store to even just browse for a little while.

Super disappointed.Not like the other Wild Birds Unlimited stores. My wife and I are accustomed to beyond helpful sales folks and franchise owners at other Wild Bird Unlimited stores... especially at these prices.Like the old saying goes, pay a little more for good quality products and exceptional customer service and have less headaches.We asked for some of our poles to be replaced due to defects via the product guarantee. The owner came up with all sorts of excuses not to help us as the poles were not purchased from his store yet another Wild Birds Unlimited store, which per the warranty doesn't matter as he would get a full refund from the Wild Birds Unlimited Corporate office.I do not recommend this location as apparently customer service doesn't always matter.Very disappointed.-follow up to response-Wow... I think you should re-read what all you wrote. Lies, anger, name calling, belittling and the like all coming from you.... again... with a big bag of excuses... again.You should be ashamed of the way in which you speak to customers as I hope all who reads this see your disrespect and childish ways.I would say let's keep this kind, honest and professional but you threw that out the window.I will pray for you... you need it.-second follow up response-Again... all excuses. Your facts are in fact incorrect. I never spoke harshly to anyone... I simply asked for help. Well within my rights and warranty. If you would instead spend your time focusing on customer service instead of belittling and negative comments you would have a better and more successful business and be a better person with more peace in your life. Again... focus on customer service.-Last response-Your an absolute joke. The way in which you speak to and talk of customers is disturbing and pathetic. Our poles are now 7 months old... so you are mistaken. It will be a miracle to you if I dont sue you for slander for the things in which you have said about me.... a customer.
