I am on day 6 of having to call every single day, several times a day to ask if they got my prescription in. Every single person has told me something different and scoffed at me when I explained how frustrating it is to not be given a clear answer OR my badly needed medication. I was on hold on and off for several hours today before someone transferred me to the pharmacist who dismissed me, wouldn’t let me talk and then was exasperated when I explained how his staff clearly didn’t know how to talk to customers. It is absolutely abhorrent to have to use this pharmacy let alone the location in Aberdeen and it is infuriating that it is the only pharmacy I can use in Pinehurst. The only thing worse than talking to them on the phone is getting eye rolls and phone checks while you are talking to them in person. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

I went to Urgent Care w/bad ear infection. Was sent to Carhage for med. We he Pharmacy was closed. Finally tracked down med at Morganton Rd Walgreens. Hallelujah! Finally got the med and some help. Fast service once my husband got here. (We live in Care have!)

Same experience with getting my scripts refilled that others have reported. Multiple requests to refill, only for the order to be cancelled for no reason. Most every employee I’ve spoken to has been impolite, with apparently no interest in working for Walgreens.

Vaccine appointments are not done on time. Also, almost all the OTC items they carry are non-working Walgreens brand, they do not carry name brands.

Happened to me too. Script was missing 4 out of 10 and the miserable woman behind the counter never said anything. I didn’t find out until I got home.
