I was there on a mission, so I didn't have time to try any of the wonderful-sounding juices and teas they have at their "bar". The staff members I approached quickly helped me find (and order, in one case) two supplements I was running out of. Everything was clean, organized, well-lit, and their staff is uniformly courteous and helpful. Lots of parking! Great visit!

Love the setup here. It’s fresh, clean, made to order and you can feel good about it. Came here for the first time and tried their pancakes, salmon cakes and kids quesadilla as well as the drip coffee. It’s nicely situated between an upscale restaurant (195) and a holistic health organic market. Definitely a great place to shop and eat!

There are two parts of this review - the supplements and staff on that side of Natures Own Market are incredible! I was looking for some things to help with my breast milk supply, and the lady & older gentlemen were very happy to help and had some great products to suggest.However, on the food side of the business it is very disappointing. The food was watery, the rice was hard and the dish was cold upon arrival. The naan was super hard from being over toasted, not like a soft naan from a typical meal. Perhaps because I have travelled to Istanbul and around the world I have a high expectations, but I couldn’t finish it, it was inedible in my opinion.The server was loudly complaining to her co-workers about how terrible tips had been that day. I used to work in customer service so I get the disappointment but to say it in front of so many customers is tacky. I didn’t receive any of my drinks until after my “meal” arrived. Juice was okay - all in all not a $20 meal and drink.

I am so amazed at how awesome this shop is! I've been trying to not shop on Amazon anymore, and now I have finally found a local place I can get all my "weird hippie stuff" 🤣🙌 from homeopathics, herbal tinctures, supplements, and a library of awesome books to purchase to organic bulk ingredients and coffees and juices... This place is definitely a one-stop shop. I found everything on my fringe-ingredient list today, to include even things like bee pollen. The prices certainly impressed me too- they are SO comparable to what you'd see online, making this a very easy place to transition to shopping small & local. I haven't tried any of their drinks or juices yet, but they have a great place to sit and eat or meet up with a friend for coffee. Karen was extremely helpful in answering my questions and showing me where I could find things. I'll definitely be back soon and will happily recommend Nature's Own to my friends!

My First Visit, I'm so impressed with very Helpul Staff! Guided me exactly to what I need! Also gave very knowledgeable imput! They're Sale prices were very helpful to my Budget! I have only gone once, after recently learning that they sell loose herbs that cannot be found in nearby health food stores. Upon entering the store, I knew this would be a frequented business. Everything purchased receive a 5+ rating. Looking forward to visiting the restaurant on the next visit.

Terrible service from start to finish. Extremely rude staff. As I was checking out, I said to the woman how bad the service was and she said it was hard finding help. I left her with these last words. Sometimes, the wrong help can be the demise to a business. Needless to say, will not be returning.

I've been shopping at Nature's Own for 5 years now and they have been consistently a great place to shop for those healthy options. The organic local produce is nice too. The juice bar and lunches there are wonderful. So glad we have a healthy place to shop and eat.

Ordered the Verlasso Salmon Cake:Homemade salmon cake, Tzatziki, Paprika Aioli, Mixed Green Salad, Balsamic Vinaigrette. You can replace the green salad with sweet potato fries. I got the salad and it was great just like they served it.Plates are very well presented. The kitchen is open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The kitchen is inside of the Natural Foods Market which appeared to have quite a large selection of items. All organic fruit and vegetable juices as well as organic fruit smoothies at the juice bar. Breakfast of fair trade organic coffee with fresh, homemade breads and muffins. All meals are freshly prepared and available to eat in or take out. They also have ready to grab-and-go organic sandwiches, salads, bottled organic juices and drinks.

The food (mainly the bison burger and quesadilla) used to be some of my favorite but now it’s just mediocre at best. The smoothies are still good and most the staff seem alright but someone told me 15-20 minutes on the phone and it ended up taking about an hour.

Great food! And you can shop after or before your meal. The one turn-off is that the staff are usually young trendy people and I always feel like they have an attitude. Or a "whatever" mentally. I have had a few experiences being ignored at the bar and never appreciated it.

What you get here is quality, but it is very expensive. The organic produce is cheaper at Harris Teeter. But there are things you can get only here. I like the juice bar. It is the only one close by. Also, I appreciate the selection of gluten-free items that I can quickly stop by and pick up for a snack. And the healthy foods at the bar that make for a quick lunch.The staff tends to be very knowledgeable and is ready to answer questions.

It was a total disappointment, service was poor, no napkins, no silverware, no "is everything ok" ask, and there was a roach walking the bar!!! The bar where customers were eating and staff did Nothing, absolutely nothing, my son killed it and not even a thank you we heard from them, we used to love Nature's Own, this morning was our last visit! It's a shame how a great place can reach a low point, clearly a lack of management

I really like this place but sometimes forget about it because it’s so tucked away. Interesting selection of foods, drinks, and supplements. I’m also a fan of the juice bar. Love their smoothies and that they offer gluten free bread and vegan cheese for sandwiches.

This store is packed full of organic and special processed food. To me it is a bit pricey and I only go for their huge homemade muffins. The flavors are unique such as pumpkin chocolate chip, the kitchen sink(my favorite), and ginger with molasses. Oh I need to go back really bad about now.

This is one of my favorite spots in all of Southern Pines. The staff is extremely knowledgable about whole body health. Fresh foods, health center foods, supplements, and on site restaurant. I love this place.

My sandwich was cold. I got the BPT. My bacon was overcooked: I guess you could say burned! It hardly has any pimento cheese on it. I was expecting it to be fresh hot & yummy. The sandwich gets a -1. The store gets a 5. I bought a pumpkin choc chip muffin & it was yummy. Very fresh. Makes up for my horrible sandwich.

I've been to store twice in 3 months and on both visits no one once asked "may I help you find something". On both visits everyone else that was there was asked if they needed any help finding something. I'm African American and the other customers were Caucasian American. I don't like to pull the race card but wow!...I'm amazed that has never happened to me. I think I'll stick with the Apple Crate in Fayetteville. Staff is very friendly to every customer there. Also on my visit to Nature's Own, I was looking for non toxic dishwashing liquid and everyone that they had for sale contained chemicals. Two thumbs down.

Love this place. The owner Kathy is knowledgeable and very helpful. If they don't carry a product you need, they try to get it within reason. They carry a lot of supplements. Great atmosphere! The employees are super friendly and help as much as they can.

This is a great place carrying so many neat food options (best snacks!) and also has a delicious restaurant. Highly recommend.
