They have a great selection of hay and feed. My mother ordered almost $1000 in hay and it’s like pulling teeth figuring out when they’re going to deliver it. They can’t control the weather I get that, but from purchase of hay to actual delivery day is ridiculous. I guess being we aren’t SP rich horse people we aren’t priority, but phone calls would be nice. My mother had to call every time to find out about her hay!

Moore Equine Feed has earned my repeat business after my first visit today. I have regularly shopped at a big box store, but noticed Moore was on my route home from work.I started with a simple message through their website and got a prompt reply. They read my questions fully and answered all of them in their corresponding replies, instead of just answering 1 or 2 like most businesses nowadays.Their prices are directly competitive with the big box store i used to frequent.My order was ready when I arrived and the customer experience was extremely pleasant.The extraordinary attention to detail and exceptional customer service continued when they loaded my car. They noticed a bag of pine shavings had a hole prior to loading it in my car. They offered to even exchange it! They offer to load your vehicle for you.I dont like shopping at new places because the majority of people don't take pride in the service they provide and/or make new guests feel welcome.I felt welcomed here and they definitely appeared to take pride in the service they provided to me. This is a business I will be willing to go out of my way to visit when I need something.Great work by the staff and I cant wait until I have to visit again!

They are a pet supply store and carry brands that u can't find most places. They even offered to order a specific flavor for my dog. Very friendly and my dog loves to go in and get lovin from all the staff and the treats they give her. Lots of natural treat options like dehydrated salmon, duck feet, antlers, and anything else dogs love to chew on.Very happy customer with this location. I will continue to return with my baby girl for her treats and special food.

I can’t say enough good things about here I go inside the store some times to get grooming products for my dog and the staff are super nice to me and my dog. I can not say any thing about the horse feed section becasue I do not own horses but they have on brand stuff for pets there like Ruffwear

The ladies are always super helpful, store provides a fantastic selection of equine and farm needs! During these Covid times I am reassured by the policy of everyone using hand sanitizer at the door if they must enter and consistently enforcing proper use of masks by everyone.

What a great store ! Loved it , was in town visiting and went back twice. They had a great sell on some clothes I got a goodrider shirt for $21 originally over 50. Can't wait to go back next year

This is a very friendly, hometown atmosphere that carries many varieties of horse products, needs & wants. They have followed the Covid19 guidelines to the T, including providing customers with masks, gloves and hand sanitizer and do not allow you to enter without them. I also noticed they were changing gloves between every customer... A++ FROM ME!

I buy dehydrated raw food for my Pomeranians here. All I gave to to us call them, tell them what I want and drop in to pick it up. They’ve made it so easy and convenient for me. I highly recommend them.

Best value around for horse and pet supplies. And, for me, I always find "must haves" items that fit just the right nitch, like the glass decorative wasp trap. The place is always worthy of browsing around, as they stock all the latest helpful gadgets that make life a little easier in the barn.
