We had a great experience with Moore Appliance Service. Jay came out to inspect our Samsung dryer that was making unpleasant noises. He showed up right on time, was very professional, and completed a fix within 30 minutes. Jenny was also very friendly when making the appointment. We will absolutely be using Moore Appliance Service for all our needs in the future.

Well, finding out that lint trap can get lint at the bottom of filter. Your representative did a great service in cleaning that out. Had no tools to check it out ourselves but he did tell where to get one. Thank Your help and maintenance to our dryer.

We had a squealing clothes dryer. The tech came out and analyzed the problem, gave us a quote and ordered the parts. A week later he was back and in an hour, installed the new parts. He also cleaned out 10 years of lint inside the dryer. I would highly recommend Moore Appliance for any of your appliance repair issues.However, within a week or so there was a new squeal. Called and they sent a service tech out the next day. He quickly located the part that was making the noise and replaced. I was only charged for the part, which I thought was extremely fair.Service: Dryer repair

I tried to "fix" the oven door of my range and made a big mess of it! Apparently replacement parts are no longer available, but Jay was able to straighten the hinges so that I can still use it. The repairman was thorough and clearly explained details and costs involved about possible repair. He was on time, friendly, and professional. When asked for suggestions, he gave thoughtful recommendations about replacing our "dying" refrigerator. Later, when I had a question about our new fridge, the office was willing to look at a picture and respond.

I know this is hard to believe but yes, I used Moore‘s. Appliance service center within two weeks for two different repairs. Would’ve been nice if the two could’ve broken at the same time but life doesn’t always work that way. Again just very impressed with the service. Absolutely recommend this company! Best Buy subcontracted Service Quick who did nothing to troubleshoot and reported back no fault found. I had Moore Appliances come out today to get a second opinion. The Technician got a AS code while troubleshooting with Samsung along with uB (3), dC (4) codes that are stored in the memory. He called Samsung (Tony), who stated the damper assembly needs replaced. It's a $753 repair cost, which will most likely lead to my washer get replaced while under Geek Squad Protection Plan. This tech was awesome, he's forwarding me the report with all details to include his call with Samsung.
