I was greeted by the bark of two dogs and this place should be the sample to all the coffe shops as to your home away from home. It beats Starbucks out of the park. They are open 7:30am - 6pm M-F and 9am - 3pm on the weekends and every minute of it is well worth it... Delightful is an understatement!!!!....

I can not go on enough about how much I loved visiting with Frankie last week while I was working. She is such a warm soul and it pours through into the coffee. It’s such an interesting space as I was told it was built in the 1930s and the whole aesthetic there is quaint and cozy and it just feels like having a coffee in the comfort home. Definitely stop by and see them here.

We stopped by for an afternoon pick-me-up. The owner was very friendly and the service was great! Our coffees were awesome. So many drinks to choose from. We will definitely come back the next time we are in town.

I don’t understand the obsession local coffee places have with fixing your coffee the way they want to drink theirs, but it needs to end. Go to Panera or a gas station and get comparable coffee that you can fix your way.You also won’t have to deal with the decor which is just the owners insufferable personality.I’d love to give it a higher rating because they welcome dogs, but honestly I just wanted a cup of coffee.Maybe I’m to blame I should have checked the coffee before I paid for it. I guess that’s what I get for trusting a bunch of good reviews.

The coffee specials are so good (aka snickers)! Huge variety of flavors and other special drinks. The shop also has sugar free flavors which is awesome if you’re that kind of person. Very nice and friendly workers. Plenty of seating. Ask the owner about his arrowhead collection. Will be coming back.

As soon as I had my first coffee from Frankie's I knew it was my favorite coffee shop in the area. Frankie and Rosie are great people and it's always refreshing going in and speaking with them. I've tried a few different drinks but my all time favorite is the racehorse. My girlfriend absolutely loves the cappuccino. Either of those drinks along with any others on the menu come highly recommended.

Easily the best and friendliest coffee shop in town. Frankie and Rose are two of the nicest people that you would ever want to meet, the building itself is very relaxed and comfortable. I've been hanging out here for the better part of 15 years and couldn't recommend it more.

I just moved up from FL & have only been in 4 times since I've moved here. Since visit 1 I felt like a regular. The atmosphere, owner and employees make you feel like you're at home. I enjoy hearing Frankie call everyone he knows be name & today I got to witness him taking the time to play chess with a regular. I've never witnessed an owner go above and beyond for his customers. Even when he doesn't know you, you feel like he does by how he communicates with you. I'm so glad to have found this little slice of heaven. I will definitely return and spread the word about this place. Thanks, Frankie, Rosie & Pedro for opening such a great place!

Great coffee, great atmosphere, amazing folks. Walked into this mom and pop coffee and left with 3 new friends. Enjoy a cup and a good book inside or on the front porch. Everyone is really friendly. One of my favorites in SP.

Cool place, but the coffee was the worst I’ve had in recent memory. Incredibly weak and watered down. Took two sips and dumped the rest in my driveway. Maybe it was just a bad batch?

Coming here is like coming to have a cup of coffee with your favorite aunt and uncle.. they treat you like family and are gracious and knowledgable! My favorite place to have a cup of tea or coffee and study. Lots of places to sit - the porch, the main area, and the quiet back room. Lovely local gem - do not miss out.
