Karen is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to assist me at the self-checkout. Despite having two carts full of groceries, she guided me to her register and helped me separate everything for my two orders. Not only was she incredibly sweet, but she was also quick and efficient. Food Lion is so lucky to have her on their team! It's refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about others.

Clean and well stocked. I like to stop here to browse pricing and buy because they carry items hard to find and in stock elsewhere. Next time I plan to try some fresh cooked wings and some other items.

This place is a dump.Take notes of the produce area too. Also you can you smell the body odor in there? Someone doesn't take a shower or just a rotten old dirty place and you'll walk out of there stinking like a gym.

Cashier didn't think that we knew how the belt worked. YES we know it comes to you. It is not the first time we get groceries. We are loading it up so you can have things to scan and do your job. The employees are very friendly, courteous and helpful. Food Lion has a lot of personable people from the managers on down to the clerks and everyone else. Always have had nothing but good experiences at the Food Line in Pinecrest Plaza.

The success of ANY business depends greatly on Good customer service. I rate their customer service with a 5 star rating. From the store managers to each store associate their C S is top. I love this store! This Food Lion even has a food bar with chicken wings that they cook at the store themselves. While I was there people were waiting for the employees to cook the chicken wings so they could purchase them. The store is clean and the personnel were very helpful. The turkey deli sandwich I purchased was fresh and scrumptious. I will return to that Food Lion!

This location is too popular, shelves are always limited. meat is sparse. But .... idk.. they seems to be trending these days. I gave 4 stars because the produce sucks i find molded items time to time, just poor quality produce overall and no one goes and pulls as often as they should..example cucumbers, grapes, strawberries,avacodo, berries.etc.

This store was not overly crowded, had every person in it wearing a mask (though I did see two people pull the masks down when talking to be more easily understood, which defeats the purpose of the mall) and all the aisles were one-way. Prices are reasonable.

Absolutely horrible produce, nearly every onion they stocked had wet, rotting lesions spotting its skin. Every bit of cilantro draped over in flaccid rot, bereft of its crisp flavor. Freezer doors in the frozen foods were left wide open, without a soul near. The staff care nothing for the store itself, and less for the customers. Do not shop here if you value your health or your time.

This is the 3rd Food Lion I've been in since the governor mandated wearing masks in public, and the employees where not taking serious precautions. Some were the masks half way down their chin, others weren't wearing them at all. At first, I thought this was just a management problem in Asheboro and Winston-Salem, but today it was the same in Pinehurst off of Morganton Road. The store was nice, clean, and well stocked, but people were not very friendly, and again, practicing little to know safety against the virus.
