I really like the small town feel & charm of this place. Everyone is friendly. The men that work here are very knowledgeable & very helpful. They have some cute things that the women would love as well. So husbands feel free to bring the wives🙂

Went in looking for paint to paint house shutters. Helped by clerk named Moses. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had to mix paint to get correct color. Nailed the color and as he helped me would acknowledge other customers as they came in. He was tasked with multitasking and accomplished it very well. Very pleasurable experience. Told Wes, the owner, it would be benificial to train his young employees under Moses.

Well at least today they had adults working that were very willing to help. Yesterday 2 adolescents there that were really very busy (like most teenager) texting on their phones so they were oblivious to anything else in the store. I don't know whats going on but the customer service has gone to sh** over the past year. I think it might be advantageous to go to Lowe's or somewhere else unless it's an emergency. We use to always try to get stuff there before going anywhere else. I guess we are slowly regressing to times past when we had no choice but go elsewhere. Sad times for Greene County again.

I was surprised to find that they actually had wire for hand tools, which is not the easiest to find. I had already been a couple of larger stores, but weather proof 14 gauge insulated wire is more rare than I expected.

This was my first time in any Ace hardware store. Items were a bit more expensive than what you would find online. Items where easy to find. Employees are very helpful and do their best to help you in any way possible. This is a great place to stop by for tools needed to get a wide variety of jobs done.

Its nice to have one of the onoy stores in town be a hardware store that makes an effort to make up for the fact that home improvement stores are 30 40 mins away. Usually has just what i need or something comparable. Helpful staff.

This is a true hometown store! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! They have a beautiful selection of spring, summer, and fall flowers, and a nice supply of outdoor accessories.

Went there for a sale and didn't have any of the item on stock. Wasn't that they sold out, it was that they didn't keep it stocked. Waste of time and money. Staff didn't approach us, just noticed where we were standing and what we were looking at and talked to each other how they don't keep it. Anyhow, bad experience deserves only 1 star so that's where I will leave it.

Prices are a little high staff is very friendly be nice if they had military discount or some kind of customer discount
