I enjoy shopping at Walmart, but I hate being watched like I'm going to steal something. Never have I ever done that. Asheboro doesn't watch, or they are better at hiding- better store as well.

Lady checked to see if there were any galaxy 4 watches in stocks. Said was 3. When she went back to get them there were ZERO. An elderly gentleman of Walmart staff said "we have alot of employees stealing in the electronics dept" Sad that I wasn't able to make a purchase for the watch. Very disappointed at the employees whom steal items while at work....... But I will try again in a couple of weeks and see if any are in stocks when the very nice lady was just trying to satisfy her customer don't remember her name but she was very helpful and apologetic for the bad employees whom think stealing is OK its NOT

Convenient. I could use about 100% less self checkout aisles, though. Especially if you're just going to ruffle through my cart at the exit to check my work. Maybe give me a discount for using those if you're replacing employees with them?

Prices too high. It use to be a place to shop on a budget, not any more. I don't know who is setting the prices I bet doesn't have to do there own shopping. It's pay the rent or eat this week. How about people on fixed incomes. Shame shame on the big CEO at Walmart

Store of course has great products and fresh produce that is a 10 but what I didn't like was a secret shopper following me and my children while shopping. He was so obvious that he was watching us that it gave stalker vibes. Like open up more registers if you can pay people to be pests. IT WAS VERY AGGRAVATING!!! And maybe he was a real life stalker but if he wasn't then Walmart do better!!!!

Meh, not the best Walmart out there. Short staffed. Everything empty, fresh department is the nastiest. Fresh food workers wear very little to no gloves while handling food. Many of them has had covid. Stuff in this walamrt is bare minimum I don't recommend this one at all. They have had a infestation of mice if you look at bottom of eggs and butter there is small chewings of mice bits on products disgusting.

This is one of the safest stores i have ever been too! the staff are amazing! there is a older man there who talks to my kids every time i go there and is just amazing!

I walked in and attempted to buy groceries. The store looked like it had been ransacked. 75% of the produce sections were empty. What’s worse is probably the second largest retail in the world and they do not want to offer digital receipts via email and still insist on giving your paper receipts and only if you have a paper receipt will you get a refund what a scam. They know everyone will lose or throw away a paper receipt

While it looks like your regular Walmart, what really stands out is that the staff are very friendly. It is the most friendliest Walmart experience ever. The greeter is very friendly, and the staff (Christina) who is helping at the self checkout lane is also helpful. Like other Walmarts, the quality of the stuff is similar with others.The restroom is clean. The place is also very clean.

The Pickup staff is on point! I have a foot injury so I was forced to do the pickup to help me stay off my heelspur. The pickup staff is swift at answering the phone and only takes them a matter of minutes to come out the door. They are always professional and friendly.

This location seemed smaller than it appeared from the outside. The baby department was only three isles with the exception of baby furniture. We used the self checkout and did not need any assistance. Therefore, we did not have any interactions with an employee.

Food was good, very slow, took an hour to get our food , we only had a party of 3 and it wasn't crowded., but its only 1 of 3 places to eat in the area. Server's were friendly and helpful.

Big thanks to whoever at Siler City WalMart added the mother's room! Not sure if it has been there a long time and I just noticed but it looks brand new. It looks great, is very comfortable, and has everything it needs. This nursing mama and grumpy baby very much appreciated it today!

Worst customer service ever. I was in self check out. I could not believe how rude and degrading the rep was. The chip scanner didn't seem to be working so I asked if I could check out at another register. This gentleman thought it appropriate to yell across the self check out area that if I had paid my bill it would have worked. Told me he worked there and knew that was the only reason it wouldn't work. I tried to explain that my card wasn't declined, it was an error on the scanner thing. No dice. I packed up all of my stuff, re-rung everything at a different self check out and scanned my card with no problem. No apology. So rude.

So today I pulled into the parking lot and there was a man begging for money. I motioned him to go on, instead he kept walking closer to me taunting my dog. I called into the store and the girl refused to get security or a manager even though I told her I was afraid to get out of the car. I left and went to another stop. I am always comfortable go anywhere in our small town but so disappointed that this employee could care less about the customers.

Staff was nice, always stocked as a Walmart should be, although I would love that they would be consistent as to receipt checks at the door to everyone, instead of stigmatize by appearance. If I am camping, I would not be wearing a suit and a tie, so why if wearing a tie my ticket doesn't get checked, but wearing shorts and a tank-top, I get checked? Let's close the gap for liability people, consistency is the key and training goes a long way.

Wow this store never amazed me waited over 2 years to go back there and got my oil changed they left screws out of my bottom cover that came off going down the road took it back for them to put the screws in and they did not have any I had two they put them in and left my wire that I had to hold it up with to get it back up there this place is real disappointing people.People are rude 😠I just came from Walmart in Siler City had to worst experience I have in my life with a worker an employee the most rudest African American woman I have ever seen in my life spoke to her three times she did not respond looked at me like I was crazy I confronted her I can only pray for this woman but she works the service desk all the time very rude and unkind I think she's only this way to a certain people because every time I go in there I see her act like someone owes her something someone owes her something I can tell you I will go to chapel Hill Walmart before I will return to siler City I will not step a foot back in that store you should be more kind to your customers I may never step foot back in Walmart any Walmart again it's going to take a long time every time I've been in there the employees hasn't been nothing but rude the customers they speak to each other and say excuse me sorry and going about their days have had management from Walmart sees this you need to do better training on your head trainers because of their training people like this one voice does not matter I just spent $150 in your store but you let $10,000 be the same way I feel that's a lot of money so you probably don't care you're rich anyway but I will not go back to a Walmart for as long as I can live I will spend $10,000 somewhere else good luck hope others read this message and start putting their foot down I'm tired of rude and not obnoxious people I am a very kind man but I believe in what's right I also have a business and deal with a lot of customers even if they're wrong I have to smile step up Walmart goodbye
