I recently moved to Snow Camp I used to go to Burlington tractor supply and I always price match everything from another tractor supply I went to Siler city tractor supply January 4th and I tried to price match there Just as the same I do Burlington and they gave me a huge problem and I had to leave there and go all the way to Burlington to get my food for my animals because they wouldn’t price match. So my wife ended up calling the corporate office in Tennessee and they said no matter what You can price match through any tractor supply no matter the state or city as long as it’s a tractor supply company. They sent a 40$ gift card to cover the fuel we used to go all the way to Burlington that night. It’s poor management that doesn’t know the rules and regulations that the company requires. It’s not the cashiers fault. Christian the manager also said that he didn’t have his ducks in a row and he also said that I would never be able to do price matches at that store but it says it at every counter at tractor supply price match 100% guarantee management there is a joke and I would definitely never be back to Siler city tractor supply

I absolutely love SOME of the employees in this store location, but this place NEVER has what we need in stock. Ever. I’m constantly having to change my rabbits food because they just can’t seem to keep the one I normally get in stock. Same with the pelletized pine horse bedding. ALWAYS out of stock. The manager needs to do a better job at checking stock and placing orders at the appropriate time so their customers can get what they need when they come in. It’s very simple to make sure you order what you’re low on, before it runs out.

The staff is always helpful but the store is never stocked. I'm constantly having to pick different combinations of bagged forages for my horses because they don't have consistent supply.

This one is closest TSC to me. I had called about some seeds and unfortunately had to wait a week until they got another shipment. I was told to call back on that day so I did.The employee on the phone was so nice! She reserved a bag for me immediately and when I got there told me there was still one on the shelf! So I picked that up as well.Will definitely be returning again. But next time, not in such a hurry.

Like the remodel, everyone there is very friendly, but the inventory is awful. Thought it was a Tractor Supply thing, but it only seems to be this location. Never have these issues in Asheboro. Stopped at one in Fuquay over the weekend & it was loaded.

The Siler city tractor supply location is outstanding. Friendly staff, very helpful, answers questions, guide you around the store. I had a problem with a plant, and they instantly replaced it.I will definitely return to this store.

I bought a 150 gallon rubbermade trough here. I told the guy that I was going to fill it with ice and lay in it... He was actually concerned about me dying which was cool. Most people don't show that much concern, but I only lay in the ice for 30 seconds to a minute before getting out.

My son used door dash to order something for work the item was $40 something they didn't have it in stock so either tractor supply or door dash took it upon themselves to send him something he can use and don't want and charged him over $100 without asking him did he want something else or anything. I may be wrong but I feel it's tractor supply because when I called to see what he needs to do about this I was put on hold for a manager stayed on hold for 20 minutes I got tired on being on hold so I hung up waited a few called back with.Update.... In hope that this issue was just an error on tractor supply but I see it's not and I'm sure it's not all tractor supplies anyways once again my son orders something and again instead of saying they don't have it and refunding him they send him a bigger item at a much bigger price when he checked out and paid he paid for 1 thing not for them to charge his card again for the remaining cost of what they want to send and not what he wanted or ordered being this is not the first incident maybe door dash can see whats going on.

There was 8 people working last night 11/11/2022 and I couldn’t get any one to help me they were all at the checkout area talking and doing nothing as if the store was closed even when I went to check out there was no line but I waited 3 minutes for everyone to move . I never found what I was looking for everything has been moved around is there no plumbing area anymore? The stuff I did get some steel rods where pretty rusted and should be updated with new inventory.

I was so happy to find the white marble rock there!! Lowe's in Pittsboro & Apex have been out for a while.☹️ They often have some items on the clearance section that are pretty good.We had a very nice young girl help us, she loaded all 10 bags of the rocks & our 2 -40 lbs of horse feed.

I have a new puppy and every time I go they allow my puppy to come in with me and they are all so nice and helpful if one associate doesn't know about the product they are not hesitant to ask someone else for help I have never had a problem with this store it's one of my favorite places to go and my puppy loves her treats she gets every time we go lol I give you guys 5 stars for all the smiles and helpful people

Did order online and curbside pickup recently at this location. Waited 35 min in parking lot then employee (not wearing vest to id himself) came to car and threw the purchase in the back of my SUB. I sent email to corporate and the manager of Siler City store called me - very apologetic and said the matter would be discuss with the staff there. The next time I did the curbside, it went great! Only had to wait around 5-10 minutes. Way to go TSC!

We use TSC while traveling on the road. Went to get propane before the big freeze. Pulled up to the propane area and went inside. Told they were out of propane. Told her we were passing through and asked if there was another place and she Nope and turned away. No sign at propane station, didn’t check with coworkers from the area. Found some down the road at Shaw RV.

The Siler City TSC store manager went above and beyond in helping me to solve a transportation issue by getting a large item delivered to my sons house. All personal that I talked to were extremely helpful and courteous. I don’t normally shop Tractor Supply - because of this experience I will now. Great customer service.

This store is going downhill. The one lady at the register is always rude, talks about how she hates her job, they don't pay enough... everytime I go in there it is the same thing with her. Went in there today.. asked for help and she was rude again. I bought a piece of equipment from them that had a broken bolt... so I was going in to try to find the bolt so i could use the equipment but no one was willing to help.. They don't have stuff most of the time. Save your time and go to the other feed stores in town who will bend over backwards to help you.

Now that the store has had a new manager for a while, it’s operating much better! They always have my feed in, they are extremely well stocked in horse supplies overall and the customer service is much better! I wish I could remember her name but I can’t; regardless, she has really turned this store around and I’m so grateful for that. I go to TS for all of my feed now.

Love this store! Don’t listen to the paranoid people complaining about mask wearing. They are the type of people that wear a mask while driving alone in their cars. This store has plexiglass barriers and distancing at the register. We don’t have any problems in our area, not to mention 3/4 of the state has been vaccinated. It’s just not an issue here. They are doing a great job and believe me, y’all will lose a lot more people than the very, very few that have complained about it , if you change things at this store.

I have always found the customer service to be mostly good in this store, but I walked in today and 90% of the customers and several staff were not wearing masks inside. Several staff that were wearing masks did not have them over their noses.The pandemic is not over.I will no longer shop at this store. They have stopped caring about asking customers to wear masks. They do not follow the store policy that was stated below as a response to the last comment.

I love Tractor Supply and try to do business with them regularly. This one has a few issues. 1) its a bit hard to find - a sign at the road might help 2) the parking lot is falling apart, and the store is cluttered and dirty. 3) 2 out of the 3 visits (so far) I have had to leave because no one was around to help!!That said the first trip I got excellent help and service...

Sometimes the customer service is great, other times not so much. All locations have issues with inventory tracking...website clearly says available for pickup (feed, cat litter, bedding, whatever) but when you get there it has clearly been out of stock for some time. No better or worse at this location.
