I bought my Lloyd's of Chatham Sofa at Raymour and Flanigan in September of 2013. I was buying a new home so I wanted to get a solid high quality sofa. I did not imagine 2 years later that the entire frame would be broken so badly that it has gone through the bottom of the couch and is on the floor. I do not have kids or anything jumping on to this sofa. There is no reason it should be like this after 2 years. I will be avoiding their furniture in the future

Bought two sofas from Furniture Depot in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. My husband and I were impressed with the style and howe many different fabrics and colors to choose from. Received the sofas at 2pm. By 8pm the frame was cracked and coming out the bottom of the sofa. Lasted 6 hours? We have no kids, no pets, just wanted to lay on the couch and relax and SNAP! BUYER BEWARE. Frames are cheaply made. Will not last for the money. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

I bought a sofa that was manufactured by Lloyd’s of Chatham. When the delivery men unwrapped it we could see that it was so warped that it only stood on three legs. It moved like a teeter totter! The delivery men took it back immediately and I got a full refund from the store that was selling it. Someone there told me Lloyd’s of Chatham has gone out of business. Judging by the comments I can see why.
