I went in to see if they could connect my phone which was not done being paid for. The girl was very nice and wanted to make sure she was doing what I had asked. She calls her manager and explains that I want my current phone connected and I was not interested in the free phone promotion. She did as he said and charged me more than $70 to try to connect it. I went to talk to the manager and he admitted that he knew my phone would not work since it was not done being paid for through another company. Which then he said he could not resolve my issue since they are "not corporate". Tried to blame it on his staff.

I think it is unfair to cricket customers that they can't get the same deal on the same phone that new customers get. If you're a long time customer. You have to pay more than someone who has shown no loyalty to cricket. They pawn off the cheap junk to the long time customer and offer better quality to the new one.

RIGOBERTO M IS THE MOST AWESOME STORE MANAGER THAT I'VE EVER MET. I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY PHONE AND WITHOUT ANY HESITATION WHATSOEVER, HE SPENT 3 HOURS OR MORE MAKING SURE THAT THE NEW PHONE I PURCHASED WAS EXACTLY THE WAY MY OLD PHONE WAS SET UP. WHILE THERE ANOTHER EMPLOYEE NAMED CHRISTIAN WHO SHOWED THAT HE HAD BEEN TRAINED WELL BY HIS BOSS. THESE TWO GENTLEMAN MAKE CRICKET STAND OUT FROM ALL THE REST OF THE PHONE RETAILERS WE KNOW. THANKS AGAIN FOR BEING SO KIND AND COURTEOUS .

Unprofessional person at the counter as usual. More annoying this time and just plain rude. Learn how to speak to customers and stop leaving the store to a rude kid to run alone. Ridiculous

Fui el sabado 22 de agosto del 2020 como a las 5:45 pm y estaba un chica en el local.solicite un servicio para cambiarme a esa compañia y me dijo que yo tenia que hacer el tramite.de llamar al servicio al cliente. Mientra ella chateaba en su celular y no quiso ayudarme.le dije que iria a otra tienda que fueran mas profecionales con los clientes y los nuevos clientes y dijo muy quitada de la pena si esta bien vallase.si no les gusta su trabajo. Que hacen ahi?
