Busy place. Low rating due to bathroom closed for major cleaning, multiple pumps closed, and highest price we paid in days of travel over 1200 miles. May I suggest ... that you clean your bathrooms in off peak hours, that you get your pumps working for peak hours, and that you lower your price per gallon.

Place isn't never really the cleanest. To be honest the trash cans are always overflowing into the parking lots the shelves are normal only half stocked and the coffee/ bakery area is always total chaos. Also I highly recommend choosing a different gas station during the morning shift. There's normally only one cashier and normally a line at the door. Even if you go in for just a simple drink you normally have to stand there for 20 minutes before you can get checked out. They should really look into hiring more staff.

It's basically like any other convenience store. How you're helped and treated is based on who that establishment hired to represent their business. You have some people who work just to get a check ( we all work to get paid) , not caring about how they treat the customer ( not a people person) Then you get the clerk, who cares about their job and the customer, for whom they are serving. Which in my eyes, makes a repeat customer. Which causes the business to Thrive, and make good money for the owner. No one likes to go to a business and spend their hard earned money, and in return, get talked down to or ignored. We spend our money, where we get good services.

Did a 34 hour reset here. Much needed. I had 13 min left on my clock and there's not much parking around for semis. Chicken across the parking lot for dinner chips and soda and coffee here at circle k. People were nice. Be nice to them and u get it back. Come in get what u need use the bathroom and leave how hard is it. Thanks for having this circle know here

They had gas prices displayed on their sign but also had the car wash price posted there which made it appear that it was the gas price. It was a deliberate act to confuse the customer.

Despite all the negative reviews, we decided to stop here, because our H.O.S. were getting low. We were relieved to find free parking in the back only holds about 15 semis. As with any parking, it's first come, first serve! There are 3 diesel fuel aisles with def. The bathrooms are small and could use some cleaning. Extra large fountain drinks were only .89 cents! Staff was friendly and polite. Never had an issue! Overall a great experience!

Store was closed in the middle of the night for 3hrs employee was outside smoking and was clearly under the influence of drugs, when asked why they are closed she said because she needed a break. Very bad look for siler city the owners should do a better job of screening employees before hiring.

Circle K is an okay store. In my opinion they are more expensive than other stores. They don't have a great selection on drinks. They do take food stamps which is nice if you need to use that form of payment. Their gas is always higher too.

FYI truck drivers. Enter between the store and bojangles. I see too many people trying to go in the second driveway and it usually doesn't work too well.I'm a local and go in regularly therefore I've never read the reviews until now but it's not that bad. There are a few slackers that work there and don't clean the bathrooms and run the store like they should but for the most part everyone is friendly.

Very clean and open. A quick and easy stop off of Hwy 64 or 421. They usually have the best prices on gas. The bathrooms are a little small. The clerks are always super friendly. We stop every time we are driving through Siler City.

If I could give a zero star I totally would. I absolutely HATE this gas station. It's the worst in the area. There is NEVER an employee at the register. I always have to wait for someone to realize I'm even in the store and then they take their time coming over to check me out. They don't care if there is a line out the door, they will keep stocking or whatever it is they are doing and disregard the customers. When you do finally get someone's attention, they are usually rude, like Im bothering them with my business. Sucks that it's the closest to the highway or else I would NEVER, EVER bother to go there. Oh, and the bathrooms are gross too. My advise, go the extra distance to another station, it's not worth it irritation.

I'm a truck driver, I pull in to buy 200+ gallons of fuel, hand the cashier my card and apparently this is the only fuel stop I've ever been to that won't turn the pump on while holding my card. She tells me to turn the pump on with it which doesn't work with a regular credit card and 200+ gallons, says she can't help me then laughs and mocks me while I ask questions. Worst excuse for a fuel stop I've ever seen. Extremely unprofessional. The attitudes in the employees need to be lost.

Credit card readers on pumps don't work. There is no signage to indicate this nor does the error message on the pump explain the reason for the error.

There r abt 14 spots for trucks, very quite and decent parking. They do have at least two Diesel and DEF lanes. Bojangles is next door. And Walmart half a mile away. Great location and clean bathroom.

Max... *they're" not their. Totally different meaning. Mr. Henderson... They cannot always stay at the register. They have many things to take care of. They change coffee every 30 minutes, sometimes less than 30. They constantly clean the bathrooms due to ...well, you know. They fill creamer machines, espresso machines, cappuccino machines, soda machines, stock shelves, change soda bibs, sweep, mop, clean spills, windows and more. It just goes on and on. Depends on how busy they're. They cannot simply make everyone happy. I understand that you may have had a bad day, but no one deserves to catch heat derived from it. A lesson in life... Always be kind to those who surround you. You never know their struggles. Like Max... He can't spell very good. I'll encourage him like this... I hope you learn to spell in the future. I shop there several times a week getting gas and drinks. To many other customers are not wearing masks and several of the employees don't wear their masks properly in the morning including Lisa. They have it below their chins.

Truckers stay away! When the pumps are working they are the slowest ever, and there is no room. Each time I've come here I've been stuck waiting because the pumps were excessively slow and I couldn't leave for people backed up in line waiting to fuel

Overall a good place, except for the employee ashley with shoet hair, she has targeted me and three other people to make sure we have a bad experience in there, she gave me moew than i asked for and tried to blame me then insulted me serverly in front of numerous people, im contacting corporate and if they dont take action i know me and alot of others are going to stop goong there everyday like se do.
