I've been so excited about this place opening!Great place to buy Ashe County Cheese products. Don't sleep on their butter. They have everything you need to BBQ including charcoal and redneck bbq lab sauce. Lots of NC products.They have options for local beef.Ready for my steaks tonight.

My first experience with this shop was AWESOME. The person behind the counter was very helpful and understood the cuts of beef they offered. Talked at length about the product and everything they offered.Update starts here.....Had an opportunity to share my experiences with the owner, and he really cares about his customers and took the time to talk to me about one specific incident. I visited the store again, and the first guy was there along with another gentleman who were both examples of good, down home, customer focused service. I can't wait to continue my relationship with this location and the fine people behind it all. I really appreciate the personal attention and the high quality of their product. I really appreciate the care the owner took to help me out. That is missing in so many places but is here for sure!

Chatham Meat Company is top notch. I stopped in to get some local Denver steaks, and let me tell you they did not disappoint. If you are looking for beef with better flavor, texture, marbling and tenderness, look no further!!
