Marine Batteries available. Called them to see if they had the Interstate Marine battery I needed, immediately he said yes. I took my hot sulfur smelly battery, they tested it and yes it was bad. Purchased a new one and I was out the store in under 10 minutes. The battery was even less than any where else having checked it online.

The folks at Chatham Industrial supply are super helpful and friendly. I recently visited to purchase a lightbulb for my brake and turn signal. They pointed out to me where to find it and walked down the isle to be sure I was looking at the right product. Thanks 🙏🏼 for a great experience.

Counter sales goes well beyond to help out customers. Loosened an air hose fitting and rerouted a defective compressor fitting at no charge. Always friendly and eager to serve. A great place to shop!

So much better than the big box stores. If they don't have it you probably don't need it. They try to carry the "right" bit for the job so go with what they stock.

They offer quite a bit, but they are not your one stop facility. Today's visit yielded rude men working that only seemed interested in helping the people they knew. I believe next time I will try to find what I am looking for somewhere else.

Bad customer service.Thank you for your response. I was waiting in line a while BEFORE it closed and you were all busy. My problem is that you told me to go elsewhere when I had spent my time waiting in line when the corteous gesture would have been to refill my tank since I was there waiting to pay.
