This was my first trip to a Publix. Everything was clean and all products neatly in place. The wine shelves had a wide variety of quality wines. The folks working there were most kind and very helpful. It was like I died and went to grocery store heaven. It was a wonderful experience and I plan on making Publix my go-to store.

Great food, from the steaks to the fresh vegetables. I've never been dissatisfied with the quality.For example the orange are never dried up inside as I've had from some other grocery chains.Been shopping there since it's been open, a few years now. High quality worth the price.

Publix is one of my favorites! Their stores that I have visited in the Charlotte Region are always clean, well stocked and convenient. Most staff is helpful courteous. The two or three that weren't I presume they were having a tough day. Kudos to Publix for creating an awesome shopping experience for me. The prices are not the least expensive, however, I'll take the tradeoff of a cleaner, well stocked store any day.

Today I visited Publix around 10:25 AM to get a meatball sub in the deli I approached the counter and two women name joy & grace were having a conversation and literally didn’t have the common decency to stop talking and help a paying customer I had to literally speak over them to let them know I was ready to order grace literally snarled her mouth at me rolled her eyes and walked away . Joy took care of my order even though it seemed she didn’t want to but it was definitely very unacceptable and very poor customer service!!

I've always had a great experience when I come here whether it's shopping for groceries or picking up medications at the pharmacy 👌Always love the variety of freshly baked pastries and sweets in the bakery, What really seals the deal for me though is they absolutely have the best selection of sandwich meats and AWSOME variety of ALL THE BEST CHEESES!!!!😝😝😝😝

Friendly and helpful staff in every department. I especially appreciate how friendly and helpful Ricki is at the Customer Service desk. She can solve any problem or answer any question you might have, with a smile. Clean store always. Good selection. Sale prices are good, otherwise some regular prices are high. Would like to see an expanded meat department with more steak choices. Bakery bread, especially 5-grain, is awesome. Great store overall!!!!!

Clean and deli is good! Prices are higher than food Lion but you'll definitely find stuff here that is not at food Lion. You'll also likely get better service here.

I live in Mooresville and choose this Publix. The Deli staff is by far better than most locations other than the Cornelius store. The Cornelius store is weird, but the deli is equipped for volume. All PUBLIX need the deli in the center of the store. It makes sense on both ends as a business and consumer. Think about it

Excellent store great employees. But very disappointed that they don't have gluten-free section and a better variety of gluten-free bread. Walmart has them beat.

For the last 4 times I have ordered subs ahead for a specific time and I go a few minutes later and grab whatever else I need and when I go to counter to pick up my subs they haven't even been started yet. I'm not sure what the point of ordering ahead is for.

a fine grocery store with a friendly and helpful staff. reason for my rating is their lack of fresh proteins. seafood looked good but land proteins severely lacked from a freshly packaged standpoint. all in all I would go back if needed for a basic grocery run.
