I thought I could grab prescriptions fairly easily around 9am today but was definitely wrong. First, Ajia, who was working inside register and window had me wait 7 minutes while she served 4 people inside before approaching drive thru window. When she appeared there was no greeting and simply said , "Name"? Secondly, after getting 1 of my 2 ready prescriptions she had me validate my DOB and address. I advised it seemed she only had 1 of my prescriptions and had she greeted or asked me I would've happily shared I was here to pickup 2. A thumbs up was all I got as she placed the 2 prescriptions in the drawer after a 15 minute wait with no one in front of me in the drive thru. Staff need a course in customer service.

Pharmacy has gotten worse and worse over the years. Sit on hold for 30+ minutes for a status and get hung up on without getting to speak to anyone. Drive there while I’m on hold again to get in line for a status update. Get there, not a single person is talking anybody on the phone. Terrible customer service. Prescription is not ready after 8+ hours.I almost never leave a review. But, had to come here to say run far far far from this pharmacy. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Sitting in line waiting to pick up medicine, can't go in to get medicine because they have the window shut. It might not be their fault because no one wants to work any more but people still need their medicine. I hope they get help soon.

This Walgreens cannot keep a pharmacist or staff, shutting down inside pickup with 2.5 hour drive thru waits. Now they just close. No warning. No plan to address the needs of customers. Doctor's offices closed so can't get perscription to a different pharmacy. Won't move a pharmacist from another Walgreens less than a mile away so meds can be filled that cannot be transferred. They suggest I wait three days (Sunday to Tuesday due to being closed for the 4th) or go to the ER. No plan to address the problem they created. Cars lined up a drive thru, with no sign that they are closed due to poor management and no contingency planning. It does not even occur to them to move a pharmist for a few hours, or call a Pharmacist from up to 25 miles away to come in and cover for medication that cannot be filled until the day. Was assured on Thursday that they would be open on Sunday and would call me on Friday if medication was not in stock.

This pharmacy is very rude and is very unhelpful when there is a problem with insurance coverage! For the past 3 weeks my doctor has tried to get a hormone therapy prescription filled. It is on the insurance preferred drug list and still I haven't been able to get it filled. I have been there 4 or 5 times in person only to hear one excuse after another. Today when asked what I needed to communicate with my doctor to have this solved. He wouldn't even come consult with me he gave a flippant response to the pharmacy tech. I'm done having my time and health wasted with this company any further!

Customer service is bad the guy that works there name Brian is very rude and not professional. I have never had a problem with Walgreens until today they act like u r bothering them by doing their job. I can see now why customers ate switching pharmacies. Maybe customer service should be part of their training.

Informed scrip ready for pickup on Thursday, from Grover and DeKalb store,tried to pick up sat, pharmacy closed until Monday. Tried to get script transfered to DeKalb and us 74, a pharmacists from closed store had to make transfer, no meds till Monday. Extremely poor customer service, last time dealing at this location.

Why is it when the pharmacy is supposed to open at 10 and I get there at 10:20 to get a prescription filled for my husband who has hurt his back the pharmacy isn't open. Says they will not open till the pharmacist gets there. We have had nothing but problems at this Walgreens. So I gotta drive all the way to the other Walgreens which is actually open on time. Think we will take our business somewhere else!!!!!!!!!! I really wouldn't even give a 1 star rating more like a negative 10.

Okay so I'm sitting in the Walgreens parking lot I have possible sciatica and it really hurts to walk so I asked him to let me buy Epsom salt through the drive through all that you got to do is walk out there and get a bag and bring it to me they told me I'd have to order it online how hard would it be to just walk out there and pick up a bag of Epsom salt and sell it to me through the drive-thru

This is possibly the worst drugstore I have ever dealt with. I was out of refills on my two prescriptions, so I called in 3 days ahead so they could hear back from the Dr. My Dr. never received the request. Had to go two days with out meds.

I always love stopping at my Walgreens store. Whether picking up and prescription or merely just shopping for sales. Their customer service is top notch. Always friendly, helpful in finding products and just a great atmosphere each time I step in.

This store is absolutely horrid. If you plan to use any coupons at this store, just forget about it. They treat coupon users as fraudulent peasants of society. Every time I go into this store and buy several items, the employees automatically call the manager. They also tried to limit me to one item when you have to buy 2 items for the sale price. Ridiculous. Then the manager proceeds to allege fraud if you are using more coupons to buy more products than a "normal" household can use. Can I not stock up for my household? We have many people who live in our household and I was unable to purchase what I needed with or without coupons being used. I've never heard of a store that doesn't want to sell their products. Unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store at all costs. The employees are very rude and will discriminate against anyone who uses coupons. There are many more issues I've had with this store. They will try to argue that a coupon is not for the item when the item is pictured on the coupon! As for the limits, we have family and friends who actually receive more than just 1 item per person. It's pretty unfair that only my mother and I are limited in this way and discriminated against. Very unprofessional behavior.

Always friendly and fast here , just wish the medicine you get told is in would actually be in and not have to wait sometimes...I get when you just get it called in right after a Dr apt and have to wait ,but few days later..naw..but would totally recommend them as the best pharmacy so far..
