The baked goods are amazing!!! CJ was kind enough to ship an order to me and his prices are so reasonable. The Oreo Cheesecake cookie was so moist and the Peanut Butter bars taste so fresh. Also, they were shipped in sealed packages and had a cute sticker on it with a label. I would highly recommend this bakery for your next event, birthday party or Holiday get together.

My family and I looove to try new places & I am so glad we picked this place! The only bad thing is they are a little expensive, but IMO worth it. We got 3 specialty milkshakes, 3 cupcakes, 2 cannolis, and a bunch of macaroons, all superb. All of the staff was very friendly even though we came in an hour before closing. One of the owners came to chat with us, and I asked his name and I told him “I would shake your hand but I got milkshake on it.” (I’m just a handshake type of person when I meet people.) & he said oh your fine, and stuck out his hand and shaked anyways. 😂 lovely people, really. They have typical Hershey’s ice cream, some different flavored cupcakes but what I really loved was the different flavors of macaroons. It’s hard enough to make them, and in typical flavors but they had fruity pebbles, strawberry shortcake, birthday cake, and cookies and cream. The outside was airy and the filling was fluffy. 😍😍😍 if you are in the area I would definitely give them a try!

We hired CJ to make caramel apples for a wedding reception. After picking up the order it became apparent that something went wrong in the making of the caramel. It began to melt and run off of the apples within hours of bringing them home. This unfortunate event caused us to have to hire someone else to make our apples with a tight schedule. CJ initially told us he could refund our money but has since refused to do so. It has now been one month and no refund. This was a large order and has cost us significantly as we had to resort to another vendor. A good business owner would make things right and I would consider a better review if CJ would simply own this mistake and refund our money for the unsuitable apples.

Randomly stopped here on my way back from the mountains to Charlotte. THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The owner was walking around bussing tables and talking to customers. The milkshake and cheesecake were such an amazing combo without being too much. I will definitely be coming back! ❤️❤️❤️

This is my new favorite bakery! Not only do they have beautifully decorated baked goods but they make, upon request, gluten and dairy free Macarons too. Their gf and df macarons are amazing! This made my day!

Stopped by the dessert bar for the first time today and met the owner cj, he was super friendly and had some amazing looking cookies and cupcakes! I bought a strawberry shortcake puf pastry (not sure what it was exactly called) and omg it was so delicious!! I hope he has these available all summer long because I will absolutely be back to get more!! Thanks Cj for being so inviting and friendly and thanks for the amazing treat! Will definitely be back!

Ordered a delivery as a welcome gift for a new employee at the college. We let the shop decide flavors. It was a huge hit! Everyone was raving about how good and delicious everything was! They couldn't believe it was from our local bakery.Bakeology always has such creative flavors and are so friendly! 10/10 will only get my sweets from here again!

I am extremely pleased with this bakery. I have been craving macaroons. After speaking with the owner, he was very accommodating with the flavors I desired. I submitted my order using the online platform from the website. It was fast and simple to use. I live in Missouri and received my order within a week. The macaroons were delicious. Definitely recommend them to all!

The owners and other staff are always welcoming, friendly and willing to serve you so kindly. I'm a regular and they have amazing cupcakes, macaroons and breakfast platters! Some of my favorites are their Red Velvet cake or cupcakes, cookies and cream macaroons, and their french toast breakfast platters! I recommend this place to all my friends. They recently in the past months have updated and moved locations, the interior is beautiful with nice decorations. I've never had a problem here, because they simply are some of the nicest people you will meet. I'm thankful to have such a "sweet" place near me! 5 stars every day. ⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐

When I first walked into the bakery, the smell was truly incredible. The people were all wearing masks, and they had a very inviting presence about them. While standing at the counter, the employees were able to list everything inside of the dessert case, and were very kind. While ordering, the employee waited patiently for me to make up my mind. I then ordered an assorted variety of their products, and everything I tried turned out to be amazing and amazing quality. Will be returning soon!

Food and sweets are A+, I had the turkey and cranberry melt with brie and the pasta salad, both were excellent, then the milk chocolate Reese bars, delicious and at an unbeatable price! Definitely worth checking out!

Love this bakery!! They have moved to an updated building and it looks great! Delicious desserts and food! I love their tasty macaroons and the specialty shakes are even better than the picture. They have great customer service and everyone is super friendly. The food served at lunch is really good I love the spicy chicken wrap!

Extremely unprofessional. I went in face to face to order and was told submit a birthday cake order through Facebook. Stood in front of him and submitted the order through Fb but never heard anything back. I called repeatedly (it took forever to get ahold of someone) the day before my sons birthday party and was told they had it written down for the wrong day (it was in my message correctly) and she argued with me that what we wanted couldn’t be done. I had messaged a few days prior to that as well and they never even read it, couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone and called during reg/posted business hours. Don’t waste your time or money. They’re not dependable at all.

Apparently their prices go by who is working that day. I was charged $2 MORE for the EXACT same thing (size, flavor and all..no discount or or specials or anything) that I ordered the previous day. $10 for two ice creams is absolute ROBBERY. I won't be back.

Best cupcakes around! They're addictive and worth every bite! On a sugar binge, I tried the cheesecake and cream cheese frosting cupcake, also a slice of cheese cake and a shake. Everything was great and the owner CJ was awesome

I have only been to Bakeology twice the first time we got macaroons and some other baked goods and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly. The 2nd time we went we got their specialty milkshakes. Unfortunately I think they were way over priced what tasted like just milk poured in a glass with a piece of cheesecake from the freezer section at ingles on top of it.I would recommend their macaroons and other baked goods like cupcakes and things like that. But I would stay away from the shakes.

Visited this bakery a few months back with my daughter. The smell was not what one would expect sweets store to be....it smelled more like bathroom air freshener. We ordered two specialty milkshakes ($20) and it took over 45 minutes to make with no explanation from employees as to what was taking so long, but we noticed the owner making a run to ingles and back with cartons of ice cream. When we did get them they tasted like plain milk....We were very disappointed in the experience, however, we visited this weekend to try one of their baked goods. Our order came to $16.46 and when I paid with a $20 we were told that we needed exact change because the register had none. An employee had to go to her car to get change out of her own purse. I’m not sure what kind of business is run with no cash in the register, but this one is definitely over hyped.

I absolutely love the atmosphere and every encounter with the owners have been a real sweet treat! They have some of the best sandwiches and cutest milkshakes I’ve ever seen. I absolutely love what they have done with their new shop, with their new set up, displaying 12 different ice cream flavors! 🙂❤️

Stumbled onto this new bakery in passing. The young lady working was very nice. I chose two Salted Caramel cupcakes because my husband likes that flavor. We both loved them. One of the best flavored cupcakes I've ever had! The icing was amazing!

I visit Bakeology almost every week. They have such an amazing, delicious variety of sweets and treats. I strongly recommend the cakes, ice cream, milkshakes, and all sorts of their unique baked treats. They had EXCELLENT customer service, and are very affordable!

Ok, I am a fat boy and wow, this place is great. I ordered some brownies, cinnamon rolls, some cupcakes, and also a pecan pie for my wife. Everything was great.The cinnamon rolls are by far the best I have ever gotten from a bakery. The brownies were a huge hit with my kids. The cupcakes were amazing... but the pecan pie didn't stand a chance. I will buy here often and I am stocked that boiling Springs has an amazing bakery... and you can get lunch and breakfast here.

My husband and I just loveeee Bakeology! Their bakes are divine, and their macaroons are the best we’ve ever eaten! Not only are the desserts amazing, but also their lunch menu is so tasty too. The chicken salad on their fresh bread is one of my favorites! AND the service is incredible! I made a request for pistachio macaroons, and within 24 hours they were made (a new bake to them, and it was flawless) and ready to be picked up! Just blown away by the service, and the friendly atmosphere. You feel so welcomed and at home here at Bakeology.

I give this place 2 stars for customer service . I ordered my daughter's birthday cake from here and was given ( I don't even know what you would call it )I contacted the bakery and they quickly tried to resolve my issue . Sadly this was my first experience with this business and will be my last .I recieved a full refund but was without a cake for my event .I hope that this bakery and the people who work in it continue to keep practicing on getting a better technic at what they claim to be best at .I do appreciate the help with my issue being dealt with quickly .
