I placed an order using my colors (no extra fee)to match my new furniture, they were so helpful to send any color braid patches home see them in person also free! Once I placed my order it was less the 2 weeks I received my beautiful rugs, the pads are also wonderful, even cut perfectly (in my case oval) to fit the rug! Prices are great!

I am so happy with my rugs. We just refinished our floor in the kitchen and den and these rugs were the icing on the cake just beautiful and perfect. We received our rug yesterday and we all love it!! The fact that I could order a custom size to fit perfectly in front of our wood burning stove was a huge selling point for me! The rug is beautiful and I couldn’t believe that it instantly laid flat when I unrolled it. The rug pad underneath holds it in place perfectly! Our dogs run around the room and it hasn’t budged an inch! Our dogs love to lay in front of the fireplace and now I’m not constantly having to move their dog bed out of the way, because they enjoy laying right on the rug. Thank you so much for making such an amazing quality rug in the USA!!

We are very pleased with our rug! They were helpful in answering my many questions when I was indecisive with all the options they offer, and were generous with samples as well. Even after seeing samples, it’s hard to picture what the final product will look like, but laying this out on the floor of our new house was a pleasant surprise!We also ordered a small rug that I put in the kitchen. With several young children and a messy cook, things were spilled on it the first day. In the business of unpacking, I forgot to wipe up a spot of egg for two days. When I finally took a damp rag to it, it cleaned right off! That tells me these will hold up to a bustling, lively household. Beautiful and durable and what a great thing to support a family business. If this style of rug is your thing, then this is the place to get it.This is California Charles sunset.

I wanted to update/add to a review I wrote several years ago. Three years ago we ordered some rugs for our cabin. We have thoroughly enjoyed them and they have held up great- even with dogs and muddy boots! I had these same rugs in my previous house for many years and loved them, but when I moved into a retirement village I didn’t think I would need them. I have been in my cottage three years and have been through FOUR sets of rugs and haven’t really been happy with any of them.Of course I wished I had the rugs from my previous house and wanted to order them again. Over the past few years we replaced all of our downstairs carpeting with oak hardwoods and bought various area rugs. We had first ordered a couple of braided rugs from Amazon but they did not last long before the stitching came apart. Just us 2 seniors and a couple of indoor cats so not a lot of wear or tear on our furnishings.Then I found Stroud Braided Rugs. They have more than exceeded our expectations. We have ordered 8 braided rugs from them in both standard and custom sizes, olefin and wool and different shapes. I had a 20 year old rug that needed to be replaced. I found this store and fell in love with their rugs. I purchased a custom size and expected it in the 1 to 2 week time frame. I was surprised to have it shipped sooner. When I received it, it was beyond expectations. The colors were perfect. It was assembled very well, even after my cat decided to scratch his claws on it. I will be ordering all my rugs from this great store.

I did some shopping around, got some samples and these are hands down the best quality and most durable rugs.I went online on a Sunday to order them for my camper and then called Monday morning to ask to have a special size made, this was not a problem. I was told that my order should be ready in two weeks, but it arrived on Friday of the same week. And just let me say “I am very impressed!”These rugs make my camper feel warm and welcoming and even my dog loves them!

I highly recommend! It was a very pleasant experience with Stroud. The response was very quick and friendly. I love that they offer samples of the rug material and colors. It was so helpful in deciding. And the samples arrived quickly. They will also help you with which material to go with if you’re not sure.
