I'm grateful to whom ever hired Savanah. I had to find a set screw to an old kitchen faucet. Savanah was very knowledgeable and patient. She didn't give up until she found the correct size. I'll be back again and again!

We were treated friendly, respectful, and they were professional. They didn't let us purchase products we didn't need. I particularly liked how they let us look around their great selection of items, without following us all over the store.And, they didn't cut other local businesses throats, actually referred me to another local who had one item he was currently out of [this was the older gray haired man]. My Dad did business with them and I see why. Keep up the good work.

Shelby hardware is a fixed business in town Shelby NC they one those business that on home town hands on great service wear mask go out get get quick service no long lines simply Great service I never had return anything they no hardware no pushing buttons waiting waiting put mask on walk in get treated like your important 👍

If the older grey headed not so gentleman at the register were a little more personable I might just have looked for the other items I need it. As a consequence, I'll take my business elsewhere. Rudeness and shortness of temperament are not the characteristics of someone you want from someone who works with the public. Small business should strive harder to expand its business, not to deter and alienate customers.

Rude disrespectful and will NOT BE BACK !!!! Shop local small business they said .. I could have went to Lowe’s .. I was at office max ... I chose the small local business!!! That was a mistake I WILL NOT MAKE AGAIN!!! So honey there won’t be “the next time I come in for that air filter” ... I should have just showed my tail while you were having your fit over the miss priced item ! You enjoy your tantrums ALL BY YOURSELF!

Shelby Hardware, you can deny me service because I can't wear a mask because of asthma. You should probably look under medical exemptions before you ignorantly tell me "Governor Cooper orders". Offering me curb service after you have embarrassed me by asking me to leave the store doesn't fix it. What you can't deny me is my ability to take my business elsewhere from now on. I try to shop local, but hardware will be at the big box from now on.

This is WHERE YOU GO after spending way to much time and frustration @ Lowes or Home Depot, just trying to find an "associate"! Shelby Hardware, locally owned & operated, greet you with "what can I help you with". Their Inventory is awesome and prices comparable to the Big-Box stores. Plus one thing you won't find elsewhere. Shelby Hardware has a small engine repair shop in house.

Took push mower there year ago all it need was a plastic piece put on for the self propelled the put my 350.00 mower outside it rain on it paid 75.00 mower doesnt work or run like it use to wont stay crunk .waste of my time and money
