This place is awesome!! Went to find fabric to make some cushions. I’ve never seen so much fabric, it’s like a fabric jungle with an amazing selection. The owners were very helpful, I got free swatches to take home. Will definitely be back.

Great selection of beautiful fabrics. I found exactly what I was looking for. The owner was super helpful and very nice. If I need fabric again, I will certainly go there. It is a 40 minute drive for me but worth it.

Was a great visit. Needed foam for some cushions in my couch. A nice gentleman out side of a store told us where they were at and was so kind to call and check if they were open. They are closing in ten minutes but was willing to wait on us. We were on 2 minutes away. They were so kind to measure the cushion and tell us about the foam and will order it and will have it in just a couple of days. We're so excited. They were very kind and professional. We can't wait to see what they look like on our sofa. Five star visit.

Shelby fabric is the BEST place to go if you're looking for unusual fabric. There is a huge selection of curtain and reupholstery fabric. The quality of fabric is outstanding. They have many types and colors to offer in leather.

Never seen so much fabrics you can get lost inthe warehouse , alittle overwhelming at first and the prices are great ,the owners are so helpful and friendly ,if you want to help the "little guy" business, give them a visit.

They have any kind of fabric you could imagine! They also have so many different animal hides for such a great price. Shelby fabrics is the only fabric store I will ever shop at!

Had questions regarding quilts and was greeted by gracious and extremely knowledgeable lady. People like this lady are what make uptown Shelby a great place to shop and the stores unique!

If you've ever been to a very large fabric store this is very similar to that. It is about the size on the inside of a mid-sized Walmart with upholstery fabric everywhere. That being said there is some organization done but not everything in the shop is completely organized. So don't expect to come into this place and find what you want in the first 5 to 20 minutes like you would at a Jo-Ann's or Michaels. You may find yourself looking for somewhere around an hour or so if you have something very specific you need. I needed to have 14 yards of fabric to upholster two wingback chairs and I spent a good long time here just browsing to try and find bolts that had that much yardage on them. I imagine if you need less than 7 you probably would have no problem finding that here.
