Fred, Linda, Jenn, and Zach are always a delight to visit. Very knowledgeable and humble if they’re not sure about an answer. They also would assist me in a skunk emergency if needed, though thank goodness I’ve kept stocked on their Skout’s Honor products. Fred makes sure to choose as many natural and clean options as he can, and always has something new to offer. I do actually know, I visit every week after farmers market! ☺️ They’re very active in their community and are awesome about making Shelby a more dog friendly and celebrated town.

We love roll over pets . All the employees love animals and our dogs get so excited to come here . There is also a dog bone bar here and you can make your dogs there own treat bag of bones . We buy our dog food from here and leashes / collars . This is a great place to go to get pet items , grooming or advice on dog food.They were able to give us little samples to find the perfect food for our dogs . I would recommend roll over pets to anyone with an animal .

I went in a little over a month ago trying to find a better food for my pup that had started having seizures. They were kind and explained the benefits of multiple types of dog food they carried. I will never go anywhere else for my dog’s needs! Plus their treat bar is amazing!

Did a good job. Just visiting Shelby and they got me in. Just one problem I didn't notice until we got home. The haircut was a bit choppy and his rear end has a long patch on left side obvnot cut like the right side. Im gonna have to fix myself because I'm already on my way home and it's Sunday. Thanks but rushing may not be the key. Quality is better than quantity.

I have been coming here for about a year and my dogs have loved everything we get from here from food to treats for them. Very friendly staff and very helpful. They always offer help to load the big bag of dog food to my car. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We Just moved to Shelby from Florida. We stopped into RollOver pets and was Greeted by the owner. He was very nice and helpful.I would Recommend the curbside delivery for convenient pick up. Parking can sometimes be a challenge so this is wonderful.Every time We go in We are greeted and treated like an old friend.We recently switched dog food with help from the owner to something equivalent to what we were feeding. I was tired of being inconvenienced when the brand I was using from another store was frequently unavailable. The Dogs are happy We are happy. We are glad to support our local RollOver pet store and recommend it to everyone who loves their pet.

Amazing atmosphere. Great group of employees. Owners always in- (Fred and Jennifer) Very friendly group. They know everyone by first name as well as their pets. Extremely well knowledgeable of all their products. (If you're unsure, they will help and educate so you can make your best decision).More on the holistic side of pet food and pet health.Always new and interesting products to see. One can never leave without chatting and a few laughs.Willing to do curb side pick up as well. Just a great community pet store. Beat franchisees 100% anyday.

Last year I went, no one was there. I picked out a variety of treats in mix matched bags. No one said a word. I started to check out and the owner started ranting about me not wearing a mask. By then 2 other people walked in and she started "everyone else is wearing one", so I asked if she had an extra. Of course she didn't... So I said "I'll go get one and come back to check out." She said "it's already rang up, you may as well finish" so I did... Then she personally ran around the store thanking the other two customers for wearing a mask. Then some other guy walked in and she ran up to thank him, saying "everyone else is wearing theirs except for him"... I've beat myself up for the last year for not walking out. The only reason I didn't was because the employees would've had to put back $40 worth of random treats. Definitely would not recommend because of the lady who owns it.

Love coming here! The staff is all very knowledgeable and the store always has cool brands to choose from! Be prepared to spend a good amount though!They normally have samples and sales going on and of course it's dog friendly! 🐕

Fred is so helpful. Everyone is super friendly. Fred even had a dog tag made for my son when he proposed to his wife! I love the lupine collars and leashes! If they ever tear, they replace them free of charge! If you can't find what you're looking for Fred will order it for you.

Fred and his staff go out of their way to help pets and their owners! My dog is very anxious, but Fred was patient and kind with her, and offered several suggestions to help her calm down. We decided to try the hemp oil for dogs. While at Rollover we also visited their awesome treat bar, where my dog loves to fill up a bag of her favorite snacks!

I come to RollOver Pets to get Tucker dog food and treats. The staff always play with him and very helpful when you have questions. I normally deal with Sarah who is really sweet and knowledgeable. Really all the ladies are helpful and they will give you a sample bag of food to try which is cool.

Love going here for everything my dogs need. From food and treats, high quality leashes and collars, to sweaters and coats to keep my animals warm. I also get my dogs groomed here and it's well worth the money. Owned by a wonderful family with a great, friendly staff.

UPDATED STAR RATING!!!UPDATE*****She called me back and apologized so until I can get in there they have a 3 star rating from me now because of the apology! My appointment is way out in June but they can only do what they can do!I've never been here, but my experience just now on the phone was horrible. Their hours are listed today 10am-7pm, I called at 6:10pm. A lady answered, I asked for prices on my Alaskan Malamute, she said hang on a second let me grab my price lists and give you some prices of what we offer. I'm on hold for 13 MINUTES!!! Okay, okay, maybe she forgot about me talking to a customer, let me call back....I get the answering machine.... obviously they don't want my business. And as I stated above, I have an Alaskan Malamute! In North Carolina!!! Obviously that right there will tell you I will be spending my money at your business a lot throughout the summer and winter!

The store itself has great healthy items for pets . I asked one of the workers for advice on a new pet & she was nice until I asked to see a raw bone treat for dogs - in taking a picture of it and she snatched it away from me …. I hope the lord helps her heart 🙂bc I don’t have time for that .

This is a nice little pet supply store in Shelby...we stop in anytime we're over there we actually live in Gaffney but we travel to Shelby window-shopping and a couple of the great little stores in the downtown area that we really enjoyed. The owner is really friendly, nice guy to talk to. the shop is small they don't have everything in the world but what they have is really nice...if you're my age, in your sixties you remember Sherry Lewis and her little sock puppet lambchop, they have them there and my Welsh Springer Springer absolutely loves that toy

The location is nice, too bad the owner is the rudest woman in Cleveland County. It's unbelievable how many people in town, just outside of town, and as far as Charlotte have had the worst encounters with this woman. Her husband is nice, I just don't understand how someone could be so rude. Nice location though, not sure how she keeps her business going, Shelby must be desperate.
