Extremely rude! Went in with my toddlers to buy some gold fish. Told the girl that we needed 5 or 6 of the .22 gold fish. She said she would sell me 2. I repeated that I wanted to purchase 5 or 6. And she said "And what if I said 2!"Well you can keep your 2 in that tank with the 100 others, instead of letting me purchase what I ask for, and giving them a home.Will not return! Will not tell other people to go there!

I like this one! The staff is always so helpful and kind, no matter when I go. It's small, but it has the essentials at a decent price. The bathroom was nice and clean when I used it.

I love PetSmart products and the workers there. I wish Corporate would do anything for Beeta Fsh. It makes me sad to see them in cups, being poked at by everyone and getting sick. Less inventory, larger housing, healthy Fsh. Encourage others to follow your quality standards. They deserve better from us humans.

Refused to sell us 22 cent gold fish for my grandchildren's fish tank.Employee was very rude!100+ fish in a tank, but we're told they need to be outside fish and not put in a tank.I will go to Tractor Supply for all my dog, cat, and duck needs from now on!!

The staff members are so friendly! My puppy Royce had an accident on his first day going into the store because he was nervous. No one got mad. One of the nice ladies just helped me clean it up and said, "It happens," and smiled! I enjoy shopping here!

PetSmart offers a new customer promotion. This is not a legitimate offer and is not clear to the staff and therefore cant be explained to new customers. I don't think they even read the policy properly. PetSmart also adds on whatever charge they feel like the halloween promotion when dog grooming. They do not consult the customer. I will be less inclined to visit the store

Got the things I needed for our pet Triss all in one place . At check out sales associate was nice. Triss loved her new items we purchased. Ready for her walks with harness and retractable lease. .Purchased other items to. New puppy needs spoiled and Pet Smart is a very good place to do that. 🙂

They are very unprofessional. I called and made appointment to get my dog groomed. Told them she was animal aggressive and when I got there they told me they were too busy to groom her. Wow can't believe they did that too me.

It is a very small Petsmart. I was surprised they even had 1 bag of the litter I use for my bunny. I Would be concerned about buying some items that are on the first row because it gets full bright hot sunlight directly on the items and some are treats and food items and I would be concerned about that heat constantly coming in on the food and treat items.The litter I purchased was also supposed to have a 20% rewards member discount if I had bought it online and picked it up in the store but because the store has such a low inventory there was only one bag left and I hurried to get it and I was afraid to try orsering online because a lot of times it won't show that it has any if you try to order but I was surprised also that they didn't even ask me about that and say "did you try online because you know you could have saved 20%" because usually in other PetSmart locations, associates will do that for you and then they will give you a small discount or some kind of reward when you don't have a chance to do the ònline purchase because of low inventory listed online. I will say, the store was clean and the associates that I met are encountered or all friendly and one was even appreciative that I brought my cart back into the store.

I love this little store. I always buy my bearded dragons food here and this is where I adopted my pet beta fish. Friendly people, easy to find what you need and good products for pets. I've never had a problem with anything here.

Smaller store than other ones in neighboring counties but still just as good, had most of what I needed but not all.The staff was very helpful and friendly, store was clean and shelves were very well organized.Great little store.

Clean got my dog Maxwell from there they take good care of the pets very nice people. Some dogs act like they will tear u up but they are just big babies. So loving.

The store itself is wonderful, my issue is with the Grooming Salon. I’ve never had an issue with them, until this past weekend. My sweet girl was booked with Skylar. Let me tell you, she is not friendly at all. She did not speak when I walked in nor did she speak when I came back. She handed me my receipt & proceeded to call other clients. Once I received my receipt, I noticed an extra charge. I tried to say something but she continued to ignore me. I had to talk with someone in the store to get the issue resolved. If I ever come back, I will not be booking with her.

Never have any fish available and rarely do they have crickets in stock. Fish supplies were also missing mot pertinent chemicals like they don't reorder often. If you need dog or cat food that is over priced though. This is your place. They have plenty of that.

This is a very basic PetSmart the smallest they did not have a huge selection of product compared to a regular full size PetSmart but it should be enough to get you up and going. There's not a huge selection of live fish to choose from so if you're looking for a particular fish I would look somewhere else.

Well the feeder mice are overpriced. Same for everything else in the store. Nor do they have Pinky's Wanted to get mealworms but they are always out. Tried to buy a frog but the staff refused because the fish had ick. I explained frogs don't get the parasite and they shouldn't medicate amphibians. Just go to Wet Pets in Gastonia for fish and Frog Daddy in Dallas for mice.

Workers were kind, it's just a small place with not very many options for collars/leashes. I was looking for a training muzzle for my dog. They didn't have ANY. Store was decently clean. I would probably not go back. Just not my cup of tea
