Last time I will be going to this business. Their techs broke a stud off and did not so much as let me know. Luckily they only charged us for 2 of the 4 tires we purchased. I intended to pay them for the other two tires. Thought to check the actual labor, if they cannot do the paperwork correctly they probably made mistakes on the install itself. Called and instructed them they will not be receiving payment for the 2 tires as I will be using the money to get a new stud put on. Pretty sure one of the wheels was not correctly balanced as it shakes pretty bad over 65mph.Service was mediocre and the building reeks. Had many recommendations from people that knew the old owners and vouched for quality.Will not be returning again.

Stopped by today to see if they could help me. Family has used oakies off an on for years. It's been a few years, tho. Omg the stench was unreal. The number of cats and the smell is vomit worthy. 🤢 won't go back for anything ever.

Told to bring car back. Took back and someone inside yell AT LUNCH. It was 12:20 pm. I asked what time is lunch over...he yelled back 2:00 pm. Great benefits...terrible customer service. Took elsewhere and bought 2 new tires.

The service and people here are wonderful . These people have big hearts if your looking at previous reviews about the cats I would pay them not to much mind . I suggest if you don't like cats don't come its unpleasant for the owners and the cats to deal with you. They take in sick or abandoned local strays and help them get better which is amazing all by itself many of them where abandon pets you can tell by there friendliness . These are good people with good prices on tires . If your looking someone to run over or complain about I suggest somewhere else the service is good here and affordable and that's what counts.Service: Tires

BEWARE!!! BAD TIRES and DAMAGE TO CAR!PURCHASED TIRES AT OAKIES THAT WON'T EVEN HOLD AIR! Had about 3500 miles on them and started leaking. Husband took car to have them rotated and resealed. Brought the car home with dings on the rims and dots of silver touch-up to cover. I was not happy with that at all and when I called about it I was told they don't even have touch-up paint in the garage. I hand wash this car so I know when there’s scratches and touch up paint!!!!Tires continued leaking for weeks and I just put air in before I drove. Finally they began to leak so badly, I decided against my better judgment, to take them back. THIS TIME THEY SCRATCHED MY ACTUAL PAINT ON THE CAR AND SCARRED THE RIMS BADLY!!!!! IN ADDITION TO THAT they SQUIRTED BLACK RUBBERY GOOK ALL OVER THE RIMS AND TIRES THEMSELVES! I guess that was the bead of sealant they had to put all the way around the rim in attempt to make the tires hold air.I AM FURIOUS otherwise you would not be reading this review! SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY AND FRUSTRATION; DON'T GO TO OAKIES TO BUY TIRES!Guys in the front are nice enough, but I suspect those in the garage have had NO TRAINING (VERY SLAP-HAZZARD.) I have never had anyone work on my car and return it in such bad condition before. JUST HORRIBLE!I feel this review is my only recourse considering they have signs up "NOT RESPONSIBLE..." I'll just suck it up now because I knew better but took it back there anyway.

I used to always get my tires from Okies tire. It's been a few years since I've been there went in there today and they had a bunch of cats jumping around on the counter to smell like cat piss horrible.

Great place for all my tire needs! Low prices and keen service in big old fashioned, red brick garage with multiple bays. Office is curiously jam packed with gorgeous, friendly felines that placate all your mobility apprehensions, whilst the guys professionally and almost instantly affix your new 'tiger paws'! Barely have time to walk my pooch in the park and they'll call me saying, 'it's ready'!

I am at a stand still with Oakies.. dealt with for quite a while. But I think I am done. Since oakie retired, the business has gone downhill. And the one son up front treated me awful. Said he needs a vacation. I am like what the h*ll?? The one with the shorter hair. Don't know his name. I do t like him. I think he needs a course in customer service.. I have called numerous times and gotten no answer, needing a set of tires. So I think I am going elsewhere from here on out. Last time there the office stunk. Really bad. Never this way when oakie was.there. And was.always full.. no where near full last time I was there.. so up to you, but I am done...Services: Tires, Auto brake repair

So many cats and it smells like a cat ladies house. Horrible smell and tbh I don't know how they can work and keep customers with the conditions of the place. The tires are great prices and the mechanics aren't bad. Honestly it has to be mismanaged just on the idea of having 30(literally) cats is a businessman's nightmare.

True they have cats...but their heart is in the right place. They are always friendly, find us affordable tires without pressuring you to buy over priced brands and make you feel like they are truly grateful for your business.

I have used Oakie's for several years and have been pleased with the service up until recently. However, since Jose and his co-workers have left the organization, the speed of service, quality of work and customer relations have deteriorated. I was in recently for a simple tire repair and it took an hour and a half for them to complete the job. The guy working on my tire would leave and go talk to another repairman, go look at something else on another car, come back to my tire for a while and then wander off again. No sense of urgency whatsoever. That never would have happened in the past. I got home and the next day my tire was flat. I tried inflating it so as to be able to drive it back (16 miles away from the store) and it wouldn't hold any air. I had to get my spare out, change the tire and before I could get it back for repair. When I got back to Oakie's, I got no apology, no refund just excuses (well, your tire was in pretty bad shape). I spoke with another lady in the waiting area who said that she will not bring her car in for any tire work except for rotations. Another customer complained to me that he had to wait an hour and a half for a simple repair. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. They allow inferior work to leave their building and don't stand behind what they do. It is sad because it used to be a top-flight business.

More Cats in the office than humans. Stinks so bad I couldn't stay in there long enough to pay( that's bad coming from a cow and chicken farmer.) Service was about like the office smells. However, tire was cheap, but not cheap enough to do business with again considering.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON! Went in for a rotation and alignment came out with a broken water pump! Tell me why they had my hood up messing with my engine when I was there for my tires? Then when confronted said they didn't do anything, but offered to fix it for $300+ fee!! Please never go here!!!

Came here to get some work done on a tire. Some of the workers were pleasant and others ignored you while you stand there looking for someone to help you. If I had any recommendations for this place it would be to shut it down and make a animal rescue out of it . So many cats the smell of the urine will burn your eyes and cause breathing issues . For anyone ......its ashame and sure isnt the place it use to be.

Wish I could give them no stars. I took my car to get 2 used tires and an alignment about a week ago. I should've known something wouldn't be right when the guy said, "now the alignment is good, but it's pulling to the left a bit. It's bc you need new brakes, your rotors are really bad." Not only did the car shake more than ever before, I some how managed to get a nail in the back tire. I kept putting air in the tire everyday until it finally went at work. I just took the tire to get plugged and another guy said it couldn't be plugged and he hadn't seen a nail do that. So, I went somewhere else and another man said the something, "I never seen a nail cut a tire like that." They'll never get my business again.

Quick service and respectful. Don't go to Mavis tire. 2 and a half hours to get four tires. Then pressure sales tactics on top of that. And that's not all of it either.

I used to buy tires from them all the time. I thought they were a good bunch. I am disable and my fiancee has kidney cancer. I stopped at Dollar General to pick up a few things,it was pouring rain. I came out and had a flat. I called Oakie about coming out to change it. At first he was going to give me a quote then ask where I lived. I told him I was at Dollar General, then he said it's pouring down rain, I said I realize that I don't care what it cost I'm stranded. He then quickly said I don't have any body to come out and do it. This is about as low as a business can go. I will never call them s gain or spin money for air at this place!!!!!!!

They cross-threaded one of the lugs on my wife's car and it broke off when we had to remove it. And they told me I needed a new tire when it just need to be plugged in the place stinks like cats inside. I think it's very unhealthy to breathe in the odor that is in the office.

Honest guys, quality work. Highly trained, honest mechanic. Hard to find in today's society. Repairs made at the most highest skill and no BS diagnosis on vehicles. No repairs made that's not needed. Honesty is very hard to find now days.

This is not a professional place of business! They caused body damage to my car last week and still have not fixed the problem! They say its at the body shop. The office and shop smells like cat pee. I will never refer anyone here!

They were quick, but the staff were kind of intimidating and the place smelled awful. Inside worse than outside. I like cats, but I don't think a place of business, besides a pet shop, is a place for animals.

I have used Oakies Tire for years.Today will be the last time I ever use them again. I bought 4 new tires and on the way home one went flat. I called and they said they could not send nobody out it would be morning so I kept asking the guy about getting some one out there he hung up on me.So I called back and spoke with the manager he sent someone out and the guy repaired the tire.Now tonight I have another one leaking Air.Use to they stood by their work not now very sorry business. I will never go there again.

Very reasonable prices for a set of 4 new tires on my Accord. Friendly and fast. I’d recommend checking them out.
