Order was 2 mc chickens , was ask to pull to front of building which I did and sat for 10 min. Was attempting to phone store because I'm handicapped and is difficult for me to come in but no answer. I saw a employee going into the store and ask her to check on my order which she promptly brought out. The sandwiches were cold. I was disappointed. Had some earlier this week that were delicious but not today .

My dog had a procedure today. I stopped in around 12:30 pm to buy a treat for her on the way home. The female taking the order had a temper tantrum because we politely asked for one minute to look over the menu. I could understand if we were rude or took an abnormal amount of time, but it was only a minute or two to be generous. When my guy tried to order, she quickly responded for us to hold. It is understandable to take the other cars order first. We waited patiently while the car pulled off. Then we heard her take the second cars order and watched them drive away. Now we hear the third car order and watch them drive away. When the fourth car started their order, I told my guy to park the car. The car behind us switched to the other lane. Before I walked inside, they were placing their order at the speaker. I waited a moment for an associate to walk over and then recounted our experience in the drive-through. I believe she was the assistant manager because she said the general manager was outside. I don't think the situation was serious enough to bother them. I could not trust the same staff to feed my dog. If you react so negatively to a customer taking one minute to decide between a fish or chicken sandwich, imagine the response when they have the audacity to complain inside? It is a shame. I had a completely different experience a few months ago when I had my male dog neutered. The staff was so friendly. They even gave my dogs pup cups! I did not know Mc Donalds had pup cups! It is not the end of the world. I purchased a nice roast beef sandwich for them across the street. It was healthier than the pink goo nuggets I planned to order. I doubt management will acknowledge the temper tantrum she had. If you want to trust them my only advice is to know your order before you pull up and make sure to grovel. Who knows what will happen if you catch an attitude here.

It's one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Not only did anyone know how the sanitation grade was a 96.5, I could probably guess it was because of the lack of attention to detail of the food and the fact the fries were reheated and not fresh. I asked for a plan cheeseburger add bacon and it took 3 times before it was correct. At one point I even received a bun with bacon. Think twice before going there.

I would love to give a big shoutout to Danielleshe went above and beyond for me!! I just have gotten off of work and I placed a mobile order for mcdonald’s it was only a cheeseburger and a sundae. When I arrived at mcdonald’s they had their lobby closed due to only having two people. I went to the drive thru and she came out getting ready to go home and I had asked her if there was any way she would be able to see if I could get my food or possibly a refund. There was no way to get a refund so she asked to see my phone and went and made it for me when she never had to!! She definitely deserves a raise!!

I went to this McDonald's on lunch today and it was bar far the BEST experience I have ever had. The restaurant was clean and the employees were amazing, there are 2 particular employees I want to brag on Khyree and Corey. Those 2 young men were so observant to all the guest. They went around made sure everyone was taken care of. I can't say enough about them. I will definitely come back and those young men deserve something special for the way they treated everyone. Thank you Khyree and Corey God bless you

store was closed inside with no indication of such like save me a trip from my car unloading my entire tribe before we realized we just wasted our time. People with kids know how long it takes kids to do anything so yeah next time but up a sign , it takes less then 5 mins + only requires a sharpie & the back of any paper.

Save yourself time and your money. Don’t come to this location. The employees are very rude and disrespectful. Either if you’re going inside or drive thru be ready to wait for your food more than 20 minutes (even when the restaurant is empty) management it’s a joke. I asked the manager to cancel my order because I didn’t have time to wait and he refused to do it laughing and jocking with the others guys… drive a few miles and go to the Mc’Donals at Cleaveland mall much better than this one

Not sure why I keep coming here. The service is always terrible! I have reviewed this store once, but I’m reviewing again after awful service today. I ordered on my app, just an iced coffee. I was pulled around to wait on it. It came out quickly but with no straw. I said “oh, I need a straw please” and the worker turned away to get it but only after saying “ugh it’s cold”. I placed another order online (you can only use one deal in the app per order) and went back through the drive thru. I was pulled around, again, and this time had to wait over 10 minutes for a McGriddle. Neither time was it busy!

The food has always been good despite the fact that some baked goods are sometimes overbaked. The service at the counter and within the dining area has not always been good. There were more tables and booths not being neat. I will not mind rolling my sleeves up to help upkeep the eating area.Kid-friendliness: There is a play area available across the eating area inside the restaurant.

My level of frustration with this place is hard to put in words. You place your order online and you can easily spend 20 min or more in front of the booth to give the code to the associate and they just IGNORE YOU. In top of that, once they take your order or code, it takes another 5 min easy to get your food.Don’t complain to them, they don’t care.

Took FOREVER to place an order at the counter (10min), took ETERNITY to have two McDoubles and a fry come out (15min), and took forever again to go back to the counter and get this simple order corrected (5min)! Spent 45 minites and should have been 20 maximum. Fries were cold after all that waiting! RIDICULOUS waste of time at the worst run/managed McDonald's I've ever witnessed!

Unfortunately this McDonald's is never a hit or miss it's always a miss it takes forever for them to take your order at the drive-thru I've sat at the drive-thru for as long as 10 minutes before having my order taken and this happens fairly regularly then once you get up to the window to get your food 65% of the time they have you pull up and wait because it's not ready this is not a fast food McDonald's.

Wait more than 30 mins for cold food. Went up after multiple other people ordering after us received their food. Was told the order wasn't ready that it would be brought to us. Never brought out never heard the number called. Asked again only to get an attitude from the packer. Asked about the order number was told they call when done asked them what is my order right there missing. Only to be told I already called it no one came. It was never placed at the window and never called. Manager finally hands me food asks if there's anything else never offers to fix anything or any other assistance. Only one order kiosk worked, and what's the point of table tents if you aren't bringing out food even after telling us you would.
