Very clean and fully stocked. Found what I needed with ease. The only thing that made me a little upset. I grabbed something after I done made my purchase and was heading back to see if friend wanted it and she said no. So as we walking back. She was going to go out and I was going to put item back an employee stared at me the whole time. I'm not a thief and they shouldn't make it clear they are watching you to make sure you aren't stealing. That is not very nice to assume that someone is going to steal from them especially after they made a purchase.

They have the best candy selection in town, and plus at work when was isn't ordered. We go to Ingles to get food items that we need!!

Nice clean store. One of the managers are rude. He was in my way chatting with other employees as I had already paid and was trying to leave and the cashier brought his attention to being in my way. As I was walking by he said in a smug way "he'll be alright".

There meat department was 90%empty,there was block mold inside of where the meat is usually put out in the cooler all the way down from the ground beef to the chicken was the same black moldy looking stuff dried up blood everywhere,I even mentioned it to the other person who was beside me talking about it while right in front of the eggs was a manager who heard everything we was talking about not one time did she even care what we was saying but she definitely heard us,it was disgusting,it hadn't been cleaned in forever,they haven't had a bread selection in about 2 months or longer,it's not clean like it used to be, nothing is stocked up, broken eggs in almost every carton,due to the filthy , moldy meat cooler is enough for me not to go back ,the Ingles near Walmart is always clean and stocked with friendly staff members,I'm done with Ingles in Patterson springs,they can keep there black mold and salmonella meats....and rude management

Out of some Outshine popsicle products. Out some oats and honey granola products. Spray can paint products way too expensive. But the cashiers are pleasant, as is management. Food Lion prices are better.

Worst place n worst workers I ever met went on the 4th of July to buy a watermelon and asked for them to cut it up for me n this sorry looking produce guy told me that he couldn't do it which was a lie because I have always shopped there and they always cut it up for me with no problem so I asked to speak to the manager n the person that came and talked to me was not the store manager n she said the the same thing like that guy did needless to say I will not ever shop there again n ingles needs to get rid of both of them because they are definitely not good for business

I have been shopping at this location for a good number of years, 15+. I love the atmosphere of “my store. I always feel at home and welcome when I shop there. The store is always clean & mostly well stocked. Naturally there are very busy times when the shelves need restocking. If what you want isn’t on the shelf where you have always found it, the Manager or the other employees are at your service, just ask.

Literally the only place I shop. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Store is incredibly clean, all the time. Management is amazing as well and always takes the time to greet those that shop here. Competitive prices with a nice variety of options. They have also done an awesome job during this whole COVID debacle (🙄) to keep their shelves stocked and respect their shoppers choices when it comes to local “mandates”

I am in love with the deli and the good hot food. I love the individual fruit cups in produce. The salad bar is great and I buy my cakes from them. Best Ingles in Shelby, NC.

The store layout is not functional to me. It takes too long for me to find what I need when I'm shopping because everything is so mixed in together. The only areas that are grouped together and easy to find are produce, deli, and bakery. Prices are higher, but some products I've found are worth it. Others not so much. I only shop there when I need a few items.

I really enjoyed going to the Ingles on South Post Road. It was a lot less busy than the one's in Shelby. It doesn't bother me It doesn't have a pharmacy I don't go here for that. Everything was easier to find because the store isn't as huge as the bigger ones. I also like the Bathroom in the front instead of the Back like all the others. It says Shelby but this is in Patterson Springs. What I like about Ingles they have the Best Deli other than Harris Teeter that says a lot. I love The Pork Loin from the Deli it is so juicy. Also they have great Fried Chicken. You can ask for as many pieces you want and get sides to. I would definitely recommend shopping here. Only thing it is a bit pricey. It doesn't have a gas station either

Jennifer made my sub a few days ago and she was so nice and sweet and went above and beyond to make sure that every detail of it was just perfect. There’s also a very sweet older lady who works in the deli (I forgot her name) who also makes it perfect every time! I was in there yesterday and, even though she hadn’t waited on me in a couple of months, she remembered every detail about how I liked my sub.

Store on south post rd has gone downhill so much now that maybe it should be closed. Stopping in after work (5:30pm) expecting to pick-up meat from the counter (on sale) and of course the counter is empty. 4 people work in that dept and yet no one can stay after 5pm. Spoke to the manager on duty and she showed no concern. Suggested she go back to the counter and apologize to all the customers that came in after work. This is happening daily and needs to be corrected. Not sure exactly the store hours but, 4 and 5 hours with no product will eventually cause your patrons to shop elsewhere.

I shopped at this location a few times while staying in the area out of convenience due to its proximity to Grover. This store is extremely overpriced compared to other stores in Shelby. Often the items on my list were out of stock or nonexistent. There is not a large selection. The produce department is tiny. It was difficult to find items in the store and I often found myself wandering back and forth in search of any given item. The staff is nice.

Must watch the dates on items found several out of date items. Bought chicken and was rotten went back for an exchange and it was spoiled also. My son bought chips and was moldy. I love Ingles but am being cautious about buying from them. This is the store at Patterson Springs

Can a store get negative stars????? This place should not carry the Ingles name!!! Is there a manager or DM that cares about this location???Filthy bathrooms, dirty floors and smells like burnt grease!! We did not stay to shop here because of the smell alone. We went to the one in town that actually functions like an Ingles.No pride at all in this unit. Managers and DM should be ashamed.

Ingles is the BEST! Always fresh produce and super friendly staff at the Kings Mountain store. They have everything..everything! If they dont have it, you tell them and it will be there next shopping visit. We told them of a wine we enjoyed and sure enough in stock the next visit. Store is always so clean. I mean, fresh flowers in the restroom? Yep. Love some Ingles!

The deli here has the BEST handmade subs and pita sandwiches . they have a decent hot bar with different chicken and sides. And a small fresh salad bar. Never seems to busy. Always clean and usually has plenty checkout lanes open. Self checkout also available.
