One of my favorite Ingles!! Always clean and the location is very convenient for me. I have to be honest, I was not impressed with the deli. Numerous occasions I've tried the food and it was terrible along with the service. A few months ago I was shopping & noticed a young lady cleaning so I was curious & walked by. The food looked amazing for the first time. So I spoke with the lady and every since the food has been good. Her name is Kamilla and she makes a big difference when she's there. But when she is off, you can tell. Kamilla is amazing!!

The people at the pharmacy are wonderful. They are friendly and remember your name. I give them 5 stars. The diary department on the other hand is awful. I have seen on multiple occasions outdated milk, orange juice and yogurt just to name a few items. I have brought this to the attention of the customer service people but the problem continues to exist. So if you are buying anything in the dairy section watch the date on the label. I give that department a 2 star

This Ingles has only been open for a few weeks so it is brand new. As a result, the store is incredibly clean and well laid out. This store has a Starbucks that is located inside of the store in case you need a boost to make it through grocery shopping. The highlight of the store, at least in my opinion, is the meat department at the back of the store. They have a great selection of meats that can be cut to your preference. They also have a lot of seasoned and stuffed options available. Examples of the stuffed items are Apple Maple stuffed Salmon with Bacon and Spinach and Feta stuffed Chicken. The seasoned items include Jamaican Jerk Chicken and Bourbon Salmon. The folks behind the counter are helpful, attentive, and always willing to provide you the cut or thickness you are looking for. If you are looking for a high quality one or even two inch thick steak then this is your place. The deli is also nice with a good selection of meats and cheeses.One thing to note about some of the pictures is that they were taken two days before a recent NC snow storm. If you are from NC or the south in general you know that when the forecast calls for a few flurries the shelves empty out in a heartbeat. I can't begin to imagine what the shelves looked like the next day when the snow storm was all but a guarantee but I'm sure there wasn't a slice of bread or a drop of milk to be found.

Very friendly service. Got some good buys + a nice champagne I tried & was SOOOOOO GOOD. I think this is my new favorite. I never been to an Ingles Markets before but the prices seemed reasonable to me + they had an Starbucks. Also had an gas station so its a one stop shop except the target version lol

I want these stores to put the fruit with seed in them. Everyone does not like seedless grapes and other seedless produce. I hate this. All Ingles stores have gone seedless. WHAT THE HELL?!!!I don't want to eat ill Gates produce ever!!!!

I love Ingles stores. Everyone of them I've been to has been really clean and the shelves always stay fronted. The employees and Management are knowledgeable about everything in the stores. Help is just around the corner when you ask and it feels as though that's why they are there. Really nice people makes for an amazing shopping trip. Thank you to Ingles and all who work there. I'd recommend these stores to anyone, anytime.

It's a very good market and I like that I can bring artwork in there and they can put that art on a cake. However, I tried their lunch bar. It was less than expected.

If I could give no stars I would , these people are rude, the manger always acts like you are stealing at any time you shop there. I been going here since they opened and it’s been nothing but horrible experiences. Most of the rude workers that I have met work on the self check out line. I also lost my engagement ring in their parking lot 2 months ago and when I reported it, the manager was very rude and acted as if he could care less to even just look in the lost and found. I will not be back !!!! I hope corporate will visit this place soon!!!

Great grocery store, always has very good deals, and is well-stocked!Really good customer service and I am very happy with what my wife and I consistently consider excellent service and groceries.Very clean store, and my wife always comments on how clean the bathrooms are which is a big deal to her.Every time I’ve tried to locate a product, the staff has always willingly went out of their way to make sure that I not only was told where it was at, but they all with directly take me to it, and that means a lot to me as a consumer.When my wife and I moved to the area about six years ago, we were very sad to leave the convenience of our than favorite store Harris Teeter.Ingles is a hidden gem and as another business owner to another business owner you guys got your stuff together and I don’t feel like I am at a loss because Harris Teeter is not around the Kings Mountain area .I love Harris Teeter but I’m telling you we get better service at Ingles and it is a really good company and I highly recommend shopping with this corporation .I also want to comment that I love that several days before the produce would be considered throwing away they significantly discounted and if you use it right away, it’s a no-brainer !Huge value, and my grocery bill has nowhere near went up like other friends and colleagues of mine says there has went up and to me that says something !Good job in Ingles. Please keep up the good work we need you.

The music at the gas isle is always blasting you can’t hear yourself think! Like folks come to the gas isle to listen to rock-in roll. Crazy just turn it off !!

A very nice, new store. It has wide isles and lots of everything. Some of the produce looked pitiful. The green beans in the bins were very dried out. Empty bins would be better. This is a great store that should keep to high standards in every department.

I love Ingles and wish they would open in Charlotte. This is a particularly nice and updated location. I love the hot lunch plates for only $6. Great place with great people.

I usually go into this ingles to pick up a zero sugar energy drink and non dairy ben and jerrys ice cream before I head to the gym to workout. There was a young Caucasian female at the self checkout out podium as I entered with some Caucasian customers at the self checkout in which she stood as if she was a statue while they were ringing their items. I've come into this store on numerous occasions and when she's working it's like her "spidey senses" tingle. She will slowly come from around the counter to "get surveillance " on me not knowing my peripheral vision is sharp. Well....it wasn't smooth enough for me not to notice her just to all of a sudden come from around the podium while white shoppers were scanning items before and during without her even batting an eye at them but when a 46byear old single father of 3 sons comes then it's bells and whistles. As a law abiding citizen and a black father regardless of my occupation we are still considered threats. A black man never murdered church parishioners in a church like Dylan roof, gunned down black shoppers in a grocery store, etc..Definitely filing a report and making sure cameras are observed to see.

Till this month the plate meals were very good. The last 2 wks meals were terrible. Our food was over cooked both weeks. There was no tea or ice in those machine. The napkin dispenses were empty. And only 1 worker was trying to keep up the register and the whole dining up. We didn't see any cooks working in rhe back area to keep the fresh food up front.Before we left we bought a gallon of milk. We had to go back inside to customer window because the register over charged our milk.You have a beautiful store but you cannot stay in business doing these above mistakes.

Always clean, organized, super friendly associates. NO ONE ever tells you they don't work in that area or ignore you. Prices on produce can be high, but use your Ingles card and buy when it's on-sale! Simple fact the associates don't act like their doing you a favor an have attitudes makes it worth it.

I had never been in a Ingles market, until I moved to Kings Mountain NC 3 years ago. There fried chicken is so good. I got some for my family Christmas eve gathering. Everyone said it was good. They have a lot of good sales.

This location is huge! We were grossed out by the women's bathroom. It had a foul smell. It was so bad I was close to throwing up. I asked for the store manager and he didn't really seem to care. He should have had an employee clean it asap!Their fried chicken is pretty good. We liked it compared to the older location not far away. Their cake was nasty. It was very dry!!The cobbler was great! A woman at the hot bar was very rude! She was cleaning and she saw two of us waiting. She never said I'll be right there. She goes up to a lady and said Yes real loud and rude. That is not how you greet a customer!The cashier was nice, and besides the bathroom the store was clean. We have used their gas ⛽ station as well. We will come back, but they need to do better!

I’m so excited to have this new Ingles that is updated with such a variety of foods. Love their Deli, Bakery, open bar thingy that I buy different Olives, Mushrooms, Sun-dried Tomatoes!!! Meat selections are great. Always someone at any of these stations ready to assist you. Very clean. Lighting excellent. Check out personnel very nice,as was bagging assistant. Definitely making the extra few miles to go back to this one even though I live closer to another one.

I love, love, love this store! They offer a wide variety of groceries. Produce department is fantastic and the meat counter is amazing. I have yet to go in there and not find what I was looking for. Access is easy and convenient. The gas station is also easily accessible without interfering with store parking. I have also used the pharmacy drive through!

I love the selection of beers here. The wine department is quite extensive for a grocery store. The store is always clean. The only downside is that their costs are always higher than other grocery stores, even for the same product.

I went into this Ingles today to buy supplies for our MONTHLY employee luncheon. We have been going to this store because it is clean and the employees are usually very pleasant, ( our cashier was lovely) but the blonde floor manager and the store manager Travis were horrible and made me and my co worker feel like we were doing something illegal. We called our comptroller who verified who we were and still he was horrible. I will be telling our GM and Owner about this and we can take our business elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Really like this new location. They have 3 entrances. The store is always clean. They have a wonderful produce section. I have been warned to watch expirations. However, I only by a few items from Ingles not carried at other stores.

I love this place. Today I have my Infusión at Levine Cáncer center at Atrium Shelby as I was getting it a nurse Michelle gave me 12 Red Roses and she said they aré from Ingles at your store i Hug her and start crying I told her they are beautiful and a nice tough from you guys.. it make me so Happy my hearte was pumping with happinessThank You so much!!Iris TORREIRA
