I find this Ingles store to be one of the best out there to be the old version of Ingles. The associates are very knowledgeable of their job and happy to help you find anything you need. The store stays clean and the management are on their toes to ensure that the associates they hire are well trained by veteran work partners. I love this store and it is my number one place to shop. Thank you Ingles for being a step ahead of the rest of your competition by simply bring human and getting the job done the right way the first time. Old stores don't need a new look to maintain customers. They just need to be real and give the people prices and the environment to want to shop there. Best regards. Jerry

Employee Zach is terrible and should be fired. Said rude things to me after I asked for my items to be double bagged. I will not be coming back update I came back in and the service was much better and he even gave me a kiss on the cheek

I swear I love Ingles. I am so in love with these apples. They are the sweetest apples that I have ever eaten in my lifetime. The store is always so clean and the cashiers are always so sweet.

5 registers, 4 self serve registers and here the most you will see manned with live cashiers is 2. These lines are normally long. Why don't they fix the self serve registers to take cash. We use cash 99% of our time and hate the long lines. I am contemplating shopping at Food Lion.

I'm an avid Food Lion shopper due to prices . I figured I'd try Ingles since I haven't shopped with them in years. Nice friendly employees, mostly clean store, just prices are outrageous compared to other grocery stores. I literally spent 150$ and only got 4 - 5 bags of groceries. Went to food lion and spent the same exact amount and got 15 -20 bags of groceries . So definitely will stick to Going to Food lion .

The store manager has no customer service skills what so ever. He has no ability to run a store when all he cares about is ignoring an all call for customer service. I stood and wait 15 minutes all to be told his western union password doesn't work. I asked him why he didn't let the front end staff know or put up a sign. He was completely unprofessional. Then before that it took the cashier 24 minutes to ring up on customer. And that was the only line open. What should have took 15min took 45min. I will never be back!

Angela in the deli had no idea how to make a sub. Not personable at all, none of the items made it in the sandwich once she folded it, and she seemed like she wasn’t sure what she was doing.

Over charged on Pepsi products. No one, including management really knows how to handle it. Just told them to keep the money. Was not able to stay for them to figure it out.Good help is hard to find!Randy L

Nice clean store. Meat is way overpriced. Slim pickins in fresh fruit and frozen novelties. ( no Popsicles OR Bomb Pops).

Store is very clean and usually well stocked and fully staffed, employees are always helpful and polite.My only issue with the store is the meat department closes a little early so get there early in the evening if you want special cuts of meat.

Great store decent prices. Don't really shop here much, so it might be better worth it if you get the full experience from them with their gas stations and such, but I'm not sure.

This location on Fallston Rd is most always stocked with whatever I'm in search of. They're clean and friendly. The hot food section could use better attention. Stir the food more often so it doesn't look like it's been sitting for hours. Over the years, the fried chicken has suffered in size and flavor. They need to get back to customer pleasing. It's ok if you are on a short lunch break. The sides are good but presentation isn't great.

This Ingles has been fairly well stocked and is small enough and convenient enough to feel comfortable shopping there. Of course there are things that are not there when I need them and price inflation is problematic. I no longer purchase certain items or look elsewhere because of price. Still service is usually good, employees are friendly, and overall they have maintained better stock than competitors.

Great deals, always have good meat on sale. The staff can be a bit friendlier. The girls that are over the self check out are rude as rude can be. And they about got cussed out by me. They kept snickering towards me and my wife. If your over weight don't go into the self check out, cause they will make fun of you for it.

I love this place. It's always clean, everything in the deli and bakery is fresh and good. They have a wide variety of fresh produce. In fact, they have a good variety in every department. It's one of the few stores where I have a choice of coffee beans, as I prefer to grind it myself. The meat is also good. Best selection of ice cream, too, and good price on ice cream.

I used to work at the store for 6 1/2 years when I was younger. The store still remains the same except now how the gas station video department is now alcohol

I love this Ingles! The employees are always so friendly and helpful. When I have a hard time finding items I am looking for or need special meats cut, they are always happy to assist me. They usually ALWAYS have everything I need, and if they don't, it's usually stocked again within a day or two. Their prices are great, and their Laura Lynn brand products are just as good, if not better than, brand name products! This is my daily go-to store!
