Pricey. I can get the same products from Food Lion for literally dollars less and save with my MVP card and the produce is fresh. Not to mention, you need to check the veggies, fruit and cookie dates before purchasing from this Ingles. Not always fresh. Be sure to check the date stamped on the rotisserie chickens as well.. hoping they aren't still out there from 10am when it's 5pm. 😳

I love going to Ingles. The new one on the highway is great. They have about anything you want. The managers are very friendly and helpful. Someone is always at the registers not like other places.

The people that work here are top notch they all have gone out of their way to provide the best customer service I have ever seen in any grocery store . the management as well .. The management team here should be very proud of all the employees that work here . . . great job guys keep up the great work

Good selection of products, especially hard to find or specialty items. I love the deli area has a wonderful salad and fruit bar. Also you can get family meals to go behind the counter. Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. The only gripe I have is that the prices are higher, but this is a small local chain so that is to be expected.

Old out dated...WHY do we not have a nice updated Ingles with Starbucks??? This is a University town which means we have visitors often. This store is an embarrassment to the town out of date items we locals have to drive out of town to find a nicer store What's UP Ingles???

The fresh fruit is not always fresh, its smaller ingles than most so not as much to choose com nor some items from other ingles is not carried in this one. But over all seems to be pretty good. Usually friendly customer service.

A very clean American owned grocery store! People are really friendly and the store always looks great! They have the best meats in town literally. My go to place any time I need to get in and out or take time to buy my monthly groceries.

It seemed like an older ingles. The hot food in the Deli looked like it had been there for days. We did get subs and they were ok, although they did get our order wrong. Service was very slow. At the check outside the clerk said we are not here you can't see me. I guess trying to be funny. She was pleasant but that was a little strange.

I love my Ingles store here in Boiling Springs N,C they have the best meats always fresh and love the employees always friendly there I try to shop there at least 3-4 times a week...oh yeah I won$5000 onthe safari game at Ingles 20 years ago came just in time I was 8 months pregnant at that time! Thanks again Ingles

Went to get a meat and vegetable tray from deli ...my tray was on a serious diet because I paid $6 for a tray that was half empty . And the food had been sitting there for a while needed to be fresh.I have received several meat and vegetable trays from Ingles and they have always been great but of course it wasn't the Boiling Springs deli. Would not recommend

Great store, food and prices. I love going eating an early lunch there and then grocery shopping all in one place. Their meats have great deals especially in the morning when you can get an even better discount on their fresh meat. I love their hot bar but my most favorite food is their subs. Multigrain bread with bologna, bacon, mayo, olives and lettuce.

I have to say that Ingles usually has everything I'm looking for.Thats great,it's more than I can say for some other food stores these days.On the minus side.Its pricey and the produce is sometimes not so good.So if I want to make sure I'll find what I'm looking for it's a good place to go

Decent place, I think they could really use a good manger. A guy stocking canned biscuits had his pants down around his knees. If you can't keep your clothes on at work you need to be fired.

A good small store makes finding items easier. Store needs updates and parking lot repair. Watch for large potholes. Close parking and self check out make picking up a few things a quick stop.

The Ingles in boiling springs fruits and vegetables are either slim pickings or spoilt. I told someone that works there but he rolled his eyes and said ok and kept walking.

Overgrown convenience storeIt works for locals to pick up needed items without having to run out to the highway. Selection is limited as is produce, dairy and meat. Store needs a remodeling and enlarging to get weekly grocery shoppers. The atmosphere is dreary with not enough lighting and I don't thing the refrigerated cases are kept cold enough. I cringe when I need to stop for milk. It sometimes is not good at time of purchase but I appreciate that when I need just a couple of things that this store is in town.

This store needs a major overhaul. The store was "updated" a while back, but more work is needed. Overall, the staff are friendly and the store seems to be well run. There is a really nice Ingles a few miles away, but this store is convenient if you need to grab a few things. One thing to note is that this store does not sell beer or wine. There's a large Baptist college in Boiling Springs, so they have sure that the area remains "dry." The meat department at this store would be given one, maybe two, stars because it's not that nice and the selection is minimal.

I go to the ingles in boiling springs. The people are all friendly and the store is always clean. The deli is better than any other in town. However , the store is small and about half of the time they are out of the items that I went in to get. Not specialty items but things like hamburger meat or eggs. I just eventually got used to going elsewhere and stopped going there first.

Apparently they're following Walmart's path to terrible customer service. Nobody should have to stand in line just for 1 or 2 items just to pay with cash since now they as well have decided all self checkouts are now card only! But this also decided to tell it's customer they don't take cash at all?
