Had a good trip to this Ingles. It's a very well-maintained grocery store. The shop was very clean and well-stocked. All the departments looked to be in tip-top shape. There is a Starbucks located in this Ingles. The store reminds of a high-end grocery store like Harris Teeter. Very pleased with this visit. Highly recommend this location. 👍

Bathrooms are never clean anymore and the back of the store wreaks of seafood. Cashiers and baggers are always nice in passing. I think that they have to pass a test as to how you bag groceries and maybe a few need a refresher as my bread was in with canned food and smashed

But it's my go to, mostly because I won't drink milk from anywhere else. Ingles brand milk is creamy and delicious , where as others are more watery.i drink a gallon every three days, so you m in there pretty often .It's something you have to experience for yourself . They have some really good chocolate milk as well.Anything from their Laura lynn brand it's awesome, and the prices are equal if not lower than other franchise stores..

I used to work at the store back like 1998- for five years. This place provides hot food. You can sit down and eat while you get your groceries a wide selection of food at reasonable prices.

I’m not sure how this store has such a positive rating. They must pay for the stars. The prices are double of any other store. Unless you give them your first born you will not save anything. Forget your store savings card? Oh well pay full price or give up your second born.Just ridiculous. Did i mention the shelf and all heavy items on it all most fell on me?

The Hot Asian food was awful. The Lo Mein, is more like spaghetti. The pork was watery. The bathrooms were unclean and only 1 stall was availible.

I'm not the biggest fan of this location's produce because I've noticed dead flies in the mix and match mini potatoes.Edit: originally I did four stars now I'm changing to 1. I went back to give it another chance after 6 months of not shopping at this location. It's the same, dead bugs in the inside of the cauliflower bags, absolutely horrible 'fresh' veggies and fruit. Disgusting environment, looks like it's been cleaned by children. The staff is not friendly unless you are of the same color. Will absolutely not be back.

My supervisor called their daily at 9:30am and ordered a 60 piece of fried chicken 🍗 with 3lbs of Mac n cheese and told them that he needed it by 10:30. It was ready at 10:29am when I went to pick it up. It was hot n fresh 🙌🏾 the only thing that I didn't like was the woman eating that I paid and it looked as if there was another employee eating but I can't swear to it. She said, "I'm sorry, I was hungry." I would've given a 5 if not for that.

We stopped here during a road trip- and not having an Ingles at home - my colleague and i were super impressed and we wish we had locations like this. I didn't have a chance to fully explore, but they seem to have a wide range of options here and everything was so organized and clean.

Everyone at the new ingles is very friendly and the store is exceptionally clean and organized. What truly surprised me and will keep me coming back to this ingles is the pharmacy department. Lauren and Vicki were helpful, patient, and made me feel that they truly care about their customers. I will definitely use ingles as my pharmacy from here on out based on my experience with them.

I’m updating my 5 star review to add that today I watched to managers get into a locked vehicle with an infant inside long before the fire department ever arrived. I was so impressed and it made me love this store even more.

Ingles maybe a little pricey but they are always stocked. You can find everything you need to prepare any meal and it's always 💯 clean and organized one of the best grocery stores around.

Salad selection wasn't up to par as it normally is awesome today greens were nor so green vegetables were not fresh as normal. Don't know what was up. Maybe just an off day

Bought a chicken leg and a chicken thigh at the deli. The price for each piece was 1.19ea. equals 2.38 total. I was charged 2.69. When I questioned the price, the lady behind the counter said in a snotty response (Look, Things have changed a lot back here, You got 2 pc dark meat) I said that the sign said that a leg was 1.19 ea. and a thigh was 1.19 ea. She did not care, so I went up to the front and asked why they charge more if you get 2 pieces of dark meat if they are 2 different pieces? Answer, They are not suppose to charge more. It may not sound like a lot of money, but it does add up and it is overcharging. The lady really needs to be a little nicer to her customers, because it makes a difference if customers come back or not. NOT RIGHT.

I love this store, always clean, great produce, fresh meat, and wonderful food in the deli and on the bars. 1 manager is rude but the rest are wonderful. Great store overall.

Still it would be nice if the customer service you get at 3p WHICH WAS EXCELLENT. After 6p things slack off and you can tell there are younger less considerate individuals on those shifts but the store manager is WONDERFUL. I'm sure he will handle smoothing the edges out.
