I worked with three ladies on the staff while we were getting my order together and all three of them were excellent to work with. They helped me load tool boxes on my truck and I did not have to ask for them to help. I would not hesitate tonshop there again.

Really like my local harbor freight store in shelby. The cashier Jane T. was very helpful when checking us out. She got everything straightened out for our "perks" card. The store had a large variety of tools for a small shop or a big business shop. You can find some really good deals that will best out all the other big box stores hands down. I highly recommend to all! 👍👍

Store personnel great. Store prices and discounts suck! I make no special effort to go to Habor Freight for any purchase. CFO and upper management made terrible decision when eliminating free item and 10% discount.

I went here looking for a screw that may fit my grill. I had bought a grill a few days ago and it came with a screw missing. I brought with me the leg of the grill that I needed a screw to fit. One of the nice cashiers was able to help me find the right size. I had to purchase an assortment but I was able to get what I came for. It was a good trip.

Clerk encouraged us to join the “Inside Track Club” , which we did, online, while in the store. When we got to the checkout to purchase our item, the clerk told us our membership wouldn’t be active for 2-3 hours, so our discount wouldn’t work. He said we should have waited and activated with him at the register. I’m sure they get credit when they have someone sign up, and had they been more clear, I would have been happy to do that. But, he just said “sorry” you can come back later and try again.

I bought some ramps and were given the wrong ones. It's half my fault for not checking them better before I left the store. I did return the wrong ramps for the correct ones with no problem in Hendersonville.

Damaged my vehicle in the busted up parking lot full of enormous holes. Spoke to the manager and I got a "yeah it's been like that for quite awhile sorry about the damage but there's nothing you can do about it". The thousands of dollars I spend at Harbor Freight each year stops after this experience.

This store has a wide variety of tools both cordless and corded. The store is clean and the employees know their positions very well. Harbor Freight is an awesome place especially for weekend warriors. If you need a pro grade tool you can find it. However if like me you may only use something occasionally or even just once they have that too. Just watch carefully what you buy and make sure it's of sufficient build to handle your needs. If you keep that in mind you will be happy with your experience. Would certainly recommend!
