One of the newest stores & largest in this area. The donuts are made fresh and they were great! I was there on Friday & they were not rolling out a lot of racks so unfortunately I didn’t find much.I cannot wait to go back & hunt again. Employees were very nice

Simply, amazing! My great-niece suggested we visit their Goodwill because it was so very good. And she was right!! You’d almost think you were in a Target. This refurbished Lidl looks very nice inside and out. First, there is a wonderful Cafe’ with handmade smoothies and frosty’s and other edible treats with a nice enclosed seating area. The clothes all are hung neatly on racks separated by colors and styles and not arbitrarily hung up in a mess. Some clothing is brand new. They had a very nice Electronics station with a wide variety of items for new and old equipment. There were home-goods as well as beautiful artwork. This is hands down, a one-of-a-kind Goodwill Store.

I finally went and checked it out and this place is MASSIVE! They even have a Big Reds Cafe inside! They are very particular about the items they accept for donation. For example, They won't take furniture with dog or cat hair all over it. (I tried to donate an old recliner). Everything in there looked practically brand new. And they even had an entertainment center where kids (or adults) could "test out" all the game consoles they have. By far the nicest goodwill I have ever been to.

This goodwill is HUGE! it is so nicely organized. Clothes organized by size and color. There's also a giant electronics section. Computers, monitors, headsets, keyboards all nicely arranged. There's also a reading area, cafe, and kids play area.

4* because of the facilities and cleanliness. It's a nice store. Minus a star because the clothing is organized by color rather than size which makes it very time consuming when searching.

Your staff needs better training from better management. The store would be absolutely perfect. Great selection, clean and organized. Staff could not run a register. Manager was not managing. The kid in the back that sorts through all the stuff was more helpful than anybody in the store. Let him manage it.

This store is wayyyyy to high. Plus the things here are donated. When I went in the store I was looking for a computer chair. Ain’t no way I am paying $80 for a computer chair in a thrift store when I can get one off of Amazon. Then when you get to the cash register they ask you do you want to round your change off. Nope. I think not. Lol. I bought stemware for $1 and when I got in the car I realized I could have went to dollar tree and got some new ones. Lol. They even had humidifiers for $29.99each. Like the prices are ridiculous. The staff were very friendly. Maybe 3 stars only for that and the store was clean

I bought a Blu-Ray Movie still in the plastic and when I opened it all I had was a solid white disc that won’t play at all. It looks like a blank disc. How this was done with plastic still on it is beyond me but they need to check stuff better to prevent this.

I know this store just opened in the last week, but I was very disappointed, it was advertised as one of the biggest Goodwill stores. The building was big but the shelves had hardly anything on them. I have seen smaller stores with more in them!! Knowing it was grand opening you would think they would have been prepared to keep stocking the shelves as people came to buy things. Some items were priced very high for it being a thrift store. You could get them new on sale at Target or Walmart cheaper. Also knowing it was the first week you think they would havevhad more cashiers checking people out. The line was long to buy something.

A whole lot of nothing. Sure it’s a big store, but the selection is a bunch of cheap junk priced too high. Almost like they’ve picked over anything that’s of value and left the junk for everyone else.

I went here for clothes and found a few items. I did have some pros and consPros: large selections of clothes under $5 each, sorted by type of wear, like long sleeve and short sleeve and sweaters.Cons: each section is sorted by color, not size, so you have to spend a long time finding something you like, only to find it doesn't fit. From my understanding, it's a large store, but there should be some form of organization in regards to size. I probably would have found more I liked had I known which clothes fit me.

Wondered why the parking lot seems always empty, now I know. The prices are outrageous! They have used computer monitors that can be purchased NEW online for much cheaper. All the prices are just out of this world, people walking out constantly without buying anything, I wonder why?I think they would get the hint.Add a buck or two and go to Walmart or Lowe's down the street and buy things that are new.

Literally the best and biggest Goodwill in all of North Carolina!! Love the cafe concept, even though it has never been open when we have shopped there! Super clean. Can find just about anything here!!

Hi! It’s me Braiden and I would like to give this place a review!Firstly, in terms of Electronics!Tower Computers are Overpriced for what they are! Their cheapest one was priced at about a whopping $50!Secondly, Monitors, Speakers, Subs, DVD Players, Keyboards, and Mice are somewhat overpriced also!Third, almost all of their junk is over priced and over the roof! Especially Televisions that are from the Stone Age!Not only that but their Video game selection mostly sucks. And their consoles are way to overpriced!Lastly their store is so big that walking from the door to the electronics takes at least 3 whole minutes!Being honest I don’t think I will be coming back here…

I really like this location. The store is laid out really well and there is a lot of space so you aren’t fighting to stand in the same aisle with other shoppers. I’ve been here twice in the last week and each time I found lots of great things for myself and my family. There’s also a sitting area and a cafe, so if you come with a friend who wants to shop longer than you, you can sit and relax a little bit. Goodwill has done away with dressing rooms (don’t really blame them since customers leave piles and piles of garments laying inside for the employees to have to clean up), so if you are a woman I recommend coming in a tee shirt dress so you can try on pants and skirts underneath, and jackets/blouses on top. Just be respectful and put back what you’re not taking, they are understaffed and GW employees already deal with a lot of difficult customers. The only negative is that some of the furniture and housewares are a little overpriced. I understand they have outreach programs to fund, but it’s still a thrift store. I’m sure it depends who is pricing/managing that day.Overall I have been really pleased with this location and I’ll definitely be back!

Super nice building very organized and the eatery is cool, but stuff is priced out of this pickers profit margins

It's the same quality of product just in a bigger building. The prices went up on many items that could be purchased brand new online or at other retailers. I wish they hadn't done away with the dressing rooms. I found a lot of items I'd have loved to purchase if I could have tried them on. I noticed while browsing there were high dollar clothes with tags still on them, so there are hidden gems if you feel like digging. As usual, the men's section left much to be desired. I was not as impressed as I had hoped to be. Wasn't worth the hype it received.

Rude cashier, very rude. In a very hateful tone scolded me for approaching past "where the line stops" as I'm waiting to checkout. Apparently one is supposed to keep a distance of 20 feet from cashier and customer that is checking out. I was 10 feet away from the customer checking out.Zero customer service skills. She should have been focused on opening another register than where I was standing. You actually speak to your customers in such a way and expect them to spend their money with you?

I found quite a few clothing items in very good condition, prices were not too bad for clothes. My only complaint is how this store is laid out. Yes this goodwill is large but it definitely does not have a ton of items in it. The Hendersonville goodwill is smaller and has so much more in it. The racks were color coded making it hard to find certain sizes which is how they are usually organized. Aesthetically pleasing yes but functional not really. People we’re nice enough as well.

Very disappointed…this was one of the most expensive Goodwill Store’s I’ve ever been into. Not only were they extremely overpriced, none of their jeans were in order like all the other store’s. I had to look through the entire rack of jeans, one by one, just to find my size. Also, every store I’ve ever been into leaves the tags on the clothing purchased just in case it may need to be returned. Mine were taken off before they were put into my bag. Considering this store thrives on “helping the community”, their prices don’t help anyone. Everything in a goodwill store is Donated. I refuse to pay $5 for a shirt that’s been worn out & was originally $5 brand new at Walmart. Makes no sense at all. Goodwill, your prices make you seem extremely greedy, every year the price’s go up. If you want to “help the community” how about lower your price’s, we all know how wealthy the owner’s of this entire operation are & that only a small percentage of the profit actually goes into helping the surrounding community. GOODWILL DO BETTER!!!

The sweetest bunch of ladies work here in this store. They were all in phenomenal spirits and seemed happy to be there.I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of pricing. This store prices items on the upper end for their furniture and some other items.I would like to see the items cheaper, because Goodwill should equally be about offering affordability to low income folks and families as it is about offering job training.

Would have thought it would have been a better store since it’s bigger. Can’t believe that want you to donate your change and they can’t even give you a bag to put the things in you buy. You would think they would check everything electric to make sure it works but undoubtedly they don’t because I bought a humidifier and it is a piece of trash. Very disappointed in this store.

Update 6/2/2023: I have still not heard back from the corporate office. They have not returned my call. The lady from the office of the CEO had called me but when I returned her call, she never tried to call back. It seems nothing will be done about the counterfeit products I was sold so I am just out the $50. I do not recommend shopping at this location. Goodwill needs to check their products before placing them on their shelves. They have a responsibility to their community to make sure their products are good enough to be sold. The fact that we were told on opening day that returns would be accepted for the items we purchased and later be denied the return for even a store credit (not cash but credit) makes me not want to shop there. I should have been told that all sales are final if that were the case. Goodwill has not offered anything to me to make this right. They get these products for free from donations. You would think they would at least accept returns for a store credit at the bare minimum.Update 11/14/2022: I was in contact with the corporate office / "Office of the CEO" but the lady there has not got back to me. Apparently, the items I bought from this Goodwill location were fake / counterfeit. No one has yet to offer to resolve this situation. I would like to return the products for my money back. This is ridiculous.Original Review (Sept 26, 2022): I purchased a few things on opening day at the end of August. We asked the cashier if the things we were buying were able to be returned. The cashier stated “yes with the receipt within 30 days”. I come here to return some of the items that we do not need for store credit and the store manager says it is a nonreturnable item. No store credit or anything. Very disappointing as I bought these possibly for gifts and to be told I could return them and then I go to return them and get denied. Absolutely terrible experience and I will probably not shop here again. I’ll be sure to let all my friends and family know of this bad experience. Absolutely do not recommend shopping here.

This place is an experience, not just a second-hand store. A CAFÉ WOW! A place for children to play a place for a family experience while enjoying upscale recycle reuse items. Nice job. I love Goodwill.

The store was clean, and the lady at the counter checking people out was soooo friendly. She helped a deft person out before it was our time and she was super kind to them and very patience to. The prices were a little higher than I was expecting, but everything has went up lately with inflation.

Clothes and shoes regular Goodwill prices, household items etc are more than retail or at retail.

Went for the first time today after seeing it advertised as having a huge variety of clothes, household items, shoes and etc… only to find out when I went that it’s basically an empty store. What were they thinking to make this former lidle store a goodwill?!! Too much space and not enough items to fill it.
