I really liked this Dollar Tree store. They have a better variety of items than any of the others I go too..If I still lived in the area, it would definitely be my go to Dollar store

The "manager" didn't seem to know what she was doing. She said she didn't know how to put in a coupon for a product I obviously had, but the coupon wouldn't scan even though it pictured the product and was not expired.

The employee at the checkout was very nice and friendly. The store was well stocked and neat. (School supplies and fall flowers for the seasonal items) I always find good values here.

Never open. Larry the Owner (or head manager) obviously does not understand Customer Service. Change your hours? Then change your signs.. it is really simple. Maybe pay more than minimum wage? You would have more staff.

Went in today to the Shelby, NC Dollar Tree at the Cleveland Mall & I saw something I needed, but had to wait for the box to be opened up. I'm willing to wait around for a little bit, but this was absolutely ridiculous! The cashier took it up to the front & she didn't open the box for a while. I thought ok she's now busy checking people out. But I waited & waited & she did see me waiting & even came over to where I was & still didn't bring the box over to me so I could pick out which item color I wanted. So she DID SEE ME like 3 times & CAME OVER TO WHERE I WAS STANDING. Almost 25 mins had passed & finally another worker came out from their office. She was over by the worker who wasn't helping me & I pointed to her & told her the situation of waiting a long time & then she acted rude to me too. The other worker started saying I had the box open for you & was looking for you to come get what you needed. Really? What a lie. She looked right at me several times & walked right by me because what.......you're prejudice or something & don't want to give me the time of day. I hate this Dollar Tree because almost every time I go in people don't help you (if you need help), their rude most of the time & the place is a MESS. And I don't even know why I'm writing this review Dollar Tree corporate NEVER does ANYTHING about it. If I could give less than one star I would.

The Dollar Tree on East Marion is nice..they are already setting for Christmas. I was greeted when I walked in and thanked when I checked out. Overall pleasant experience.

Went to shop at this dollar tree on a Sunday the 5th of December at 1:50 pm and the store is locked with no staff available however the sign on the door clearly states 10-7
