I like being able to get what we need and know where it's located, and be able to get out of the store in a reasonable time instead of taking for ever to find what you are looking for and wasting time you don't have. Everything is on a timetable and if you get behind....... Well, you know what I mean. In and out, best kind of shopping and fast friendly cashiers and other people working friendly and eager to assist you in any way they can.

I'm not a fan of Dollar General but I have to be honest this is hands down the cleanest Dollar General I've ever been in the manager in this store goes above and beyond in the customer service department and the shelves are organized and the floors are free of debris. However, just like every Dollar General they have a lack of staffing issue, which is why I rarely spend money there it's just makes no sense to under staff a store like they do.

Unlike some of the Dollar Generals , this particular store is organized! The associates are ready and available to help answer any questions or help you find something. If you go in just to look, you probably will not leave empty-handed.

It's okay because you used to could go in and get some Lysol, but now one lady can come in and buy it all I don't even know if they get Lysol no more but I think it's not fair for people to let other people buy all the Lysol when it's on the shelf it should be one for a person just like everywhere else but the thing is Dollar general has been around for years but they do not wear their masks a lot of places I go to may have a mass but they will have it pulled down over uncovering their nose that is in a lot of stores right now I think Roy Cooper should do something about it even if you report it nothing happens if you say something to people inside they complain it might not be that way for everyone but I closely look at the things that people should be doing and is called for people to do to help not spread covenant team people will come in there sneezing coughing and walking all over the place it's the same way though at other stores people don't stop this Roy Cooper is going to have to shut down our city again Kings Mountain for sure wake up everybody where are you mask it's very important!

It seems like there's more of a selection at this Dollar General than the 2 that I normally shop at!! But wit that bein said, u have got to be willing to hunt for stuff or really look through stuff for something u are looking for or even to just look at what they have. The clothes are OVER PACKED, BAD...it made it hard to pull out a shirt or something to look at, without pulling out several other things just cause they have it all so tight fitted and don't have enough room to just push to be able to look at item beside it...the clothing section is really the only section that's almost impossible to browse through. I just stopped tryin to look cause seemed like I was having to pick up more things from pulling it out by accident tryin to look at something and it just became a little frustrating to me...but over-all, this store is one of my favorites to shop at! Will always return for more purchases,!!

Horrible place. The manager doesn’t know how to use coupons! Tries to make you feel like a bad person because you don’t pay full price... save time and money and go to Kings Mountain. Much cleaner, nicer and friendlier staff. I will never make that mistake again. This store was dirty and run down compared to them. Rude manager and staff.

Most are dirty & cluttered isles. Im in a wheelchair & I've had to physically move stuff out of my way to get down the isles. I rarely go to any of the dollar generals. Only if I absolutely have to

They are not the beat located store. Or the brightest or most cheery store. With that being said they are very friendly people and the store is clean and they have had everything ive needed everytime i go there and i only live ten mins from there so i go a lot!!

Reasonable prices and less crowded than Wal-Mart. If one just need to "run and pick-up something, this is the place for you.

The Dollar General on 74 near the mall is the cleanest of any of their stores that I've been in. The cashiers are very friendly.
