I usually have no problems with the store.. But, this morning there is obviously someone working there from another location. I could not find the item I was looking for so I asked and he said he did not know whether they had it or not and didn't even bother trying to assist me. Instead, whips out his phone and starts doing his own thing! I was never greeted or anything. He doesn't need a job in customer service clearly!

I honestly don't go to the Dollar general that much because I live near the Family Dollar. But when I do go they're always nice and stores always clean I just put four stars because it seems like I can't never find what I'm looking for and have to get help a lot. I'm not sure if they just change their stuff around a lot or what with the staff is nice and I recommend it.

This place is a horrible mess!!!!You can't hardly walk for all the racks of stock in the aisles. The shelves are a mess! Stuff thrown everywhere! 1 cashier and 1 woman walking around while 10 people wait in line ! This is aweful!!!! Get some new management! ! Surely this isn't the 1st time you have heard this!!

My regular store had empty shelves and at least 6 full dollys of merchandise waiting to be unloaded sitting blocking the aisles. There was no laundry detergent! The two employees present were busy chatting. I left and went to the next closest location where I was able to find what I needed. That store was crowded, messy and understaffed. I had to wait at checkout behind 8 people. Saturday is a popular shopping day at DG, they draw in customers with coupon offers like get $5 off a $25 purchase. Knowing this, DG should be better prepared in staffing and stocking their stores.

The employees were friendly, but the store was a mess. It was hard to push a buggy through the store without hitting things. Also, the shelves were very disorganised and there were quite a few things I was looking for that I couldn't find. However, I don't know if they didn't have the products or if it was because of the mess that I couldn't find everything I was looking for.

The store is getting better. I love Mr. Barry Lipscomb!! He's very helpful & loving to each & every customer who comes into the store. He gives 1000% each day he works. Need more like him!!

Shop at most of the Dollar Generals in this town love them but not to sure about going back to the one on Fallston Rd cashier and key holder were too busy discussing how they were going to run everybody out b4 9pm so they could close while waiting on customers so they could go party....not to kool

Staff is fruendly. Very helpful & actually knows where things are if you need them. But store is setup a little defferent what im use to. Plus the store was a little more compact & smaller than the dollar general I'm use to shopping at......

Had what I needed and sales associate was nice. Did not have to wait forever to get checked out at register. Very important to me.

This was truck day so they had product everywhere putting it away but staff was working diligently to clear it away. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Dollar generals where I buy my milk because I like pet milk any other thing I need there I can pick up while I'm there getting my milk great store.

Really if you need anything its in this store its packed. They are very friendly and have lots of food including refrigerated items.

The store is always junky. Merchandise is always sitting around, never put up. Only one register open with long lines.
