The two CVS Stores I use in my home town are always friendly, helpful and well stocked. When I’ve been out of town, I always look for a CVS if there is something I need. They do not disappoint!

Seems if you take a controlled medication, its always on backorder. The other day I went thru the drive thru and noticed a drain pipe that was unconnected, so rain will pour onto the pavement causing someone to hydroplane clear to Starbucks. The rest of the store is great. Amanda T. is wonderful as well as Paige.

Even when it's full of Ppl, they still manage to greet you, nice 🙂. They're pleasant, store and pharmacy. I enjoy shopping 🛒 there. Also, they asked me do I need anything let them know. That's a plus with me 🙏🏼👌🏼.

I don't understand why my boyfriend had to make multiple trips to get a prescription that was supposed to have been filled yesterday. I had two prescriptions sent in for my asthma, my boyfriend drove there a day after my doctor sent them in, the pharmacist told him they were confused about instructions sent in by the doctor (which had me wondering why they didn't ask him for more information to begin with) and it would be an hour wait time, my boyfriend goes back an hour later after we contacted the doctor to clear up these issues only to find out that one of the prescriptions that was supposed to have been done a day ago was STILL not ready despite them having said earlier, that specific prescription WAS ready. The pharmacist told him they didn't know why he needed two inhalers when ONE is a RESCUE/EMERGENCY inhaler and the other is a DAILY inhaler for the treatment of asthma and the pharmacist tried to say to my boyfriend that he wasn't supposed to take an emergency inhaler daily (which of course being two people with asthma we ALREADY KNEW) the pharmacist then proceeded to say he needed to call the doctor back because he was confused (as if we couldn't already tell he was painfully confused). Just find a new job, you shouldn't work in a pharmacy if you don't understand the need for both an ALBUTEROL inhaler for an emergency asthma attack as well as a daily inhaler of SYMBICORT to help prevent asthma from making your lungs become inflamed as easily.Also- just fill people's medications the day you get them and STOP wasting people's time giving them the run around.

Idk who was working on 8/6 but they decided to close the store early. The sign says close at 9pm on a Saturday. It was 6:40pm and I saw her lock the door. If employees are able to get off work that early I have some concerns. Get it together!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. An employee at the front checkout area had his mask under his chin and was coughing into his hands. He kept coughing in controllably. We are in middle of a pandemic. The main symptom of the disease is coughing. I am fully disgusted at this disregard of health and prevention. This is wholly irresponsible on the part of CVS to allow this employ to work with his mask down and coughing uncontrollably. It is also irresponsible of the employee to work this way during this time or any time. He coughed into his hand, touched my license, and then the item that I was picking up. I am extremely upset by this interaction.

The one star I give is for the people upfront, they are usually great. Pharmacy is a disaster, have told me in the past that they didnt have my prescription for me(never was a prescription called in they said), for me to call doctor and have the doctor to call in AGAIN. I watched pharmacist pick up phone for my doctor when she called. So I approached counter to ask how long for him to fill it... To have him tell me after all that, that his computers were down (after questioning the helper/technician the computer was down most of day). NO COMMON SENSE and he is a pharmacist. Go somewhere else.

This is a wonderful CVS! My prescription is always ready or if I carry a script in I never have to wait long for it. People that work there are always helpful. Always a great experience!

When you walk into a place and they know you by name, that's what you call excellent customer service! The pharmacy team is the best (seems like Zach works 24/7). The manager Amanda is also wonderful.

Your job is to serve customers. Not ignore and discriminate against them. During a pandemic you’d think to be grateful for the job you have. Maybe a new staff of people who actually want to work should be hired. Especially if you’re a manager there is no “I didn’t know what you were doing here” excuses do your job or go mop floors or dump trash where you don’t need to deal with people at all.

The most disgusting bathroom I have seen in a long time, there was pee on the floor, and hair on the lifted lid, there was only one bathroom, so it was obvious too many men used it and no one cleans up after them, merchandise littering the floors and the outside of the building covered in spiderwebs, will never stop here again.

They don't always have what I'm looking for but the people are always helpful. I don't expect a pharmacy in a small town to have as large as selection. I have used the Minutes Clinic and received great care.

Went in on Christmas Eve tonight to buy hazelnut creamer. The lady behind the register said that the December 30, 2017 expiration date on the creamer was expired in her opinion so she wouldn't sell it to us. Weirdest thing ever since today is the 24th.. hmmm
