Said my script was on backorder...3 days later I find out the CVS across town had it the entire time and they didn't even try to transfer it. Meanwhile my infected eye is still needing antibiotics! Last time in darken the doors to this establishment. They don't even care about their customers enough to even try to help. Glad I wasn't dying!!!

The pharmacy never has my medication filled. Im at the point where i say “walk over to drop off? i know the drill.”I have trouble every single time I try to pick up my medicine.

Bathroom is locked and NO ONE has a key or was willing to investigate the issue. Walked back and forth 3 times between the front checkout and Pharmacy with no assistance. Pharmacy tech told me that someone locked the door last night but no one was in there. The front checkout clerk said someone was in there but discovered there wasn’t after repeatedly knocking on the door. Sigh!!

I've been going to Levine Cancer Center across the street for radiation treatments due to prostate cancer. I've been having some side effects due to the radiation. I was told to pick up an OTC item called AZO. I stopped by CVS and picked up a box of 24. With tax it was a little over 17.00. Little did I know that Wal-Mart and Amazon has this same item for 8 bucks. I'll never shop at CVS again. I can see a dollar or two difference in price but not double. Totally outrageous.

Arrived at 5:45 to pick up prescription. There were 16 people in line. Only one cashier. Had two techs in pharmacy but no one came to help the cashier. Received my prescription at 6:26

Constantly waiting 30+ min on a prescription. 1 person on the register in the pharmacy and the line wraps around the store. In training you are told "if it gets above 3 in line, call for help." They never do or rarely ever do. Go elsewhere for your prescription needs.

Terrible store. Terrible management and staff is all around negative. They lost my child’s medicine by sending it to the wrong address and when we asked them to fill it they said they would have to use his refills. But the insurance wouldn’t cover the cost that soon. They confirmed the delivery driver never brought it and yet still wanted us to pay again.

I’ve been going here for years and everyone is so nice EXCEPT CINDY! she is so rude for no reason. It was 3 people in front of me, and had an attitude with every single one of them. an elder lady was taking too long and Cindy was rolling her eyes. it’s very unprofessional. if you don’t like your job get another one.

After being with CVS for years and giving them chances it’s time for me to leave after this. I told the girl that the medication costs to much, and I was going to she what my doctor could do on change it to some I can afford. Well they couldn’t change it and my husband woke up I told him what happened. He said let’s go it. Went back to CVS to pickup the medication. The girl took it upon herself to send it back to pain doctor office and canceled it. What happened to a 24 hour selves. This all happened in the same day. Need to say they fixed, but that was enough for me. With they high price self.

Staff is very polite and helpful but every time I get a prescription filled, I’m told 15-20 minutes. I’ve even received phone calls saying my prescriptions are ready yet they never are ready when I come to pick up. Told 15-20 minutes today. Came back two hours later and they still weren’t filled. Was told to wait another 5-10 minutes. I blame understaffing for these delays, not staff. Switched to home delivery today, I’m tired of driving back and forth.

This store will make you wait all day just to get your prescription refill and they Reused to do any hiring for the Pharmacy so if you got all day then this is your store and if you ask someone to do there job they just become rude

My doctor called in a prescription for me here and left a voicemail at 10:36am. My wife stopped by at 1:30 and was told nothing was called in. While on the phone with the doctor, I got a text notification that my prescription was ready. It took 3 hours to check the voicemail! I always have a problem with CVS and cringed at the fact I had to use them today. Nothing like being sick and having terrible customer service. I understand how understaffed they keep all locations, and the people may be nice, but it still results in a horrible customer service experience. I guess I should have tried Walgreens or Ingles and hopefully they care more about their customers!

Was able to obtain a same-day appt and received a rapid COVID-19 Test, when nowhere else had them available. The booking and testing processes were easy and painless and my results were available within 20 minutes. Proof of a negative test gives me peace of mind and allows me to resume work. Thank you, CVS.

I was very impressed with Tony when I visited your store .He was so helpful and really paid attention to what he was doing and he made sure that I was taken care of.. Customer service is almost a thing of the past every where you go .You should be proud that he is your employee

Came here as a new resident 1st month no issued went back for same meds same isnursnce no changes on my end and now they don't have any information on me or my insurance some how. Sad to see cvs.

This place is always slow but today I received a call to pick up my prescription. I check online and it says they close at 9. I get there and the pharmacy closed at 6. They need to get their stuff together. Update the site or don't call on days you close early!!!!!
