Biggest waste of property in boiling springs. Pharmacy is so slow once wasted an hour of my life in line only to be told the prescription was never even filled. Better hope you never have a package sent there because Liz will not only leave it in the middle of the floor but she'll also give it to the WRONG person. If you have no choice but to shop there use self check out that way you don't have to deal with the employees attitude.

It appears that the full 40% coupon is not applied to the purchases. Other discounts are subtracted from the total items before coupon is used.This doesn’ Seem fair.

I normally don't write many reviews but the staff here is rude as hell in the pharmacy, I couldn't believe it. Never been to a CVS that had such rude pharmacist. Not to mention the men's bathroom is disgusting and I didn't want to touch anything, even the door on the way out.

My husband and I have been there twice already and consider it to be the perfect "in-between" medical place to go -- some place where you can see a medical professional instead of trying unsuccessfully to get in to see your regular doctor, a place with someone who can put your fears in perspective, treat your problem, and save you the money you'd pay at the ER. We have gotten through long weekends assured that we'd had quality medical care and that the advice given us was on target. If need be, we'll go again! I consider CVS very groundbreaking in even bringing the concept to our area and am very grateful to them for it. (I don't like writing these things, but seeing a negative about this service -- no, can't let that stand.)

Store is cluttered. New manager has no people skills. (Heard he fired a great employee because she couldn’t walk because she fractured her ankle instead of letting her take a leave) never have anything in stock. I Will go to Shelby’s cvs even though it’s further away

If I don’t live right beside this location I’d go somewhere else, and still might. Multiple times I’ve had to remind them to fill my blood pressure medicine, which is on auto refill! Almost every time I pick up a prescription I wait in line 10-20 mins. I thought it was just a one or two time occurrence but a year later it’s the same every month. I now know why the reviews are so bad for this place.

Rude and unprofessional. Pharmacy staff makes you feel like you are stupid. Don't try to call them, they argue and hang up on you, then won't answer the phone. Not the first time they've been rude and uncaring towards me. Hate using this store. I changed to Walgreen's. Better service with a smile.

No disagreement here, Roj. I think it's fairly obvious a review starts with an opinion. Every reviewer formulates an opinion of a property during their visit based on the experience they had there. What matters is the "why," not just the "what." A recent thread about decreasing the minimum count uncovered that you can make 200 characters in 2 sentences or less, and yet, these people still complain that they're being forced to ramble on about nothing to meet the requirement. I don't understand why it's so hard to tell us what you ate, what your room looked like, how the waiter treated you, or what you saw. If you just do that, you'll at least double the minimum. The funny part of that previous thread was that the OP hit about 300 characters in the opening statement. The point is, there's a difference between not being too wordy and not saying anything at all.

took my mother in law to the minute clinic because she had an ear infection. we thought this would be quicker than going to the doc see as she just moved here and didn't have a primary doctor yet. Man were we wrong! still sitting here waiting to be seen it's been 2 hours and counting now. if you are in a hurry and think this "minute" clinic is a good choice, learn from our mistake, DO NOT COME HERE!

Ashley at the pharmacy was so helpful. I recently had my insurance changed and my medication prices spiked. She took her time to look up my medications on GoodRx and sent it through to drop the price hundreds of dollars.

As far as regular workers they are ok. Pharmacy is rude, slow, and honestly you can see it on their face they dont care. I knew more about my new medication then the pharmacist, he literally unfolded my drug sheet and read it off. Younger guy with the spiky hipster hair, no offense.

Store is clean and the staff is friendly. Minute clinic has a 2 hour wait as soon as it opens and the waiting area is the aisles people shop in. Specifically the baby section. It was my plan to pick up baby formula until I realized it was surrounded by 10 sick people.

I absolutely love the store part, and the manager is absolutely phenomenal. The pharmacy on the other hand has its times of being unprofessional but most of the time they are great as well.

Don't try to call in a prescription. Its quicker to drive in and wait on it. I called and was on hold 35 minutes when I was pulling in and someone finally answered by then I was already here.

No one in the exam room. One person in the lobby. After answering many questions was told no appointment available today. Why not just say that up front?

Medicine very high prices and staff was somewhat rude and rushing me as I was trying to make an appointment at the clinic. The clinic then gave me and appointment and then did not even look at me, sending me directly to the doctors office.

I have called now 4 times to speak to a pharmacy representative and have since 7 pm and have been on hold on 4 calls close to 45 minutes, totally unacceptable, I hope Tina sees this and finds out what was going on in the pharmacy tonight. Ron Wood
