I guess this store is short staffed. They use to have so many happy employees, so much help & it’s gotten to the point where I don’t want to spend my money here. I drive to Leland. Cristal is very rude sometimes. 2 employees are always messing around with each other & unless you ask for help, they help you. Not sure what their names are. This isn’t my favorite store anymore. I use to come in almost daily for my needs, even just to look around. The store is a mess. Cashiers are always on their phones. I could go on about this store, but I think I’ve said enough.

Went there for feed and they also had a huge truck they allowed to set up a table and tent to sell steak cases and big bags of shrimp... I'm always satisfied with this location but today was even better... steak and shrimp for dinner and feed for the chicks.. I'm ecstatic!!!

I'm so suck of this place every time we come up here to get propane there always out so we call know to make sour thay have it but when we get up there at 8 thay till us that thay are not doing propane because thay are getting ready to close but thay don't close till 9

Love going to tractor supply in Shallotte and the new one off hwy 57 in little river sc or longs sc!! All the employees are super friendly an always eager to help and when you walk in the store they are super duper happy to greet everyone! They always have what I'm looking for if not they will order it and get it there in a hurry!!

TSC has so many items not related to Tractors. For your lawn garden, crops, what ever you need they have. If you need baby live chicks they have them too. The staff is so wonderful and helpful as well. Thinking about taking up hunting deer or if you just want to feed the ones coming by your house? TCS has plenty of deer food and deer licks for your needs. They always have something on sale so take a hard look at that too.

Shallotte NC, my wife and i went to this store to buy blue jeans, on line price was $7.99. when we arivved at this store. I asked a gentleman to help me fine them. Was told it was "stocking" day and he coulsn't help me. then some nice lady came over to try to help. she did everything she could. then she told me the $7.99 jeans were online only!!. no where on web page did it say this. she checked other stores, they were out also. if all the stores were out of stock, why do they advertise them? To get people in the store? At that point I was not going to buy anything, and will have to think long and hard if I will buy anything from them again

Very disappointing. I drove a half an hour because the website stated that the store had 18 of the particular item I was looking for. It turns out when I reached the store they did not have the item in stock and I was told that all the items I was interested in were shipped back to the warehouse. When I attempted to purchase the item online and have it shipped to the store they wanted to charge me shipping. That makes no sense to me because the truck has to go from the warehouse to their store anyway.

Joy Joy Joy ! What a wonderful cashier, she always helps me with my coupons and never hesitates to make sure I have the best experience shopping whether I am the only customer or the store is busy. 10/10 Customer Service I am always delighted when I come in and she is there greeting me!

Shopping for a replacement for my trailer axle. After several trips between my van and the axle rack, measuring, I asked for help from a young lady doing restock in another section of the store. She stopped what she was doing and gave me her full attention. She is very knowlegable, friendly, and patient. The good service carried over through the checkout. Hate spending that much money (really, the prices were very reasonable) but it was so nice to feel like my business was appreciated. Thank you to the two young ladies for your help. (Didn't get names, but it was about 7:00PM on 08/02/2021).

I purchased a $4,000 Cub Cadet zero turn lawn mower before I made the first payment the lawn mower broke down when I contacted their customer Solutions Center their solution was to send me to the manufacturer who told me to contact their repair center and they were willing to repair it but it was going to take the repair center 3 weeks to pick the unit up and then three to four weeks to repair it so I guess in the meantime I pay $100 a week to have my yard mowed I've contacted the store manager in Shallotte I've left messages with the regional manager I've left messages with the CEOs personal assistant and yesterday I spoke with another member of the solution Center who was supposed to get back with me and none of them do in my opinion in my opinion I should receive a new lawn mower if I haven't made the new first payment their policy is if it's been 30 days then tough luck but I don't care if it's been 35 days or 36 Days the thing broke down before I made my first payment give me a new lawn mower but they're not seeing it this way am I wrong I don't believe so Joel Prentice Southport North Carolina

Great array of inventory, good prices, terrific staff. Especially impressed by their array of bird feeders and seed--and they carry several different models of the truly squirrel resistant brand of feeders, not just one, like so many other stores. The customer argh service counter is always staffed, too!

A very awesome place! I may be bias however LOL I use a lot of farm equipment. The staff there is always very friendly, and the pricing is very competitive. A little known fact! Tractor Supply price comparison. Did you know that if you find an item in Tractor Supply that you have found cheaper somewhere else they will beat the price! Something to think about. love these people!

The staff was amazingly helpful. I had an order that was incorrect but the manager was very kind to correct the problem to my satisfaction. The only gripe I have with the store is that it has the most annoying on hold music I have ever heard in my life. Seriously, it desperately needs changed.

I used to come here atleast every other week for my feed, meds for my animals, items for my business, etc....NOT ANYMORE!! Orders online, noone can find the items! If you order delivery, the items aren't in the store or its not delivered on time. You have 1 loud guy that talks a mile a minute and doesn't know half of what he's talking about and will walk around harassing customers, gives false info, etc. Noone knows where anything is, how to make simple returns, gift cards are a joke now, they don't know their own stores policies. I know more of their policies but when you show them on the sites page, they look at you like your talking in a different language and will still go against it. It's sad my favorite store is now my "if I have to" store. I order my feed from Chewy and at Scott's now. There's only a couple of people that I pray is there if I have to go there in need of something. That's sad!!

Waited around for 20 minutes for a “return” on an item I was charged for that I didn’t purchase.The manager, Chris, was outside loading an ATV while 3-4 other laborers walked around the store with their hands in their pockets while we all waited.Eventually the Assistant Manager arrived to her shift and verbally OK’ed the return even though it wasn’t required by their system. There was no reason for the wait.Get it together.

I rarely have any issues at Tractor Supply other than the long checkout line. One cashier on a busy day is a bit lacking. They are the best place for me to get my cat's grain free food. They always stock a variety in wet and dry versions.

Tractor Supply in Shallotte is far better to shop at than Whiteville location. My wife and I are actually located closer to the Whiteville store but will go out of our way to Shallotte because the employees are far more helpful and very friendly. There are a few like that at the Whiteville but overall Shallotte is the best.

Small store with some unique items. Prices overall seem a little higher than other major stores/suppliers. The parking lot is relatively small but this store doesn't seem to get crowded. Their main differentiator are hats, shoes/boots and clothes that are country style, other than that everything else you can find in Walmart of Home Depot.

Went to tractor supply on February 26th 2020 ask for help with gas . Went back inside the second time and ask for help again. Left and went to Scott's farm and family to purchase my gas. Told cashier I was going to leave a review he replied thank you and have a nice day very poor service when it comes to getting gas for the bottles that I bought from tractor supply.

Always neat and organized. I am always greeted when I walk in the store and I can always find something "extra" to walk out with. They have the best peanuts by the registers!
