I'm a customer of 3yrs now since moving back home. They are the best, friendliest and knowledgeable staff. Love the quality of their seedlings (veggie &fruit plants). I am experimenting and realizing which veggies I can enjoy growing and eating. So far my 90% of my garden is from Scott's Farm & Family!! If it wasn't for them, I'd have given up on gardening, seriously. My green thumb is developing thanks to Scott's!!

This place is the local mecha for all the hobby to small business farmers in our area.. it's a family owned supplier of the best and safest products you need for your farm. I raise goats, and they keep me in fast supply when I'm in need. Also there are a variety of other goods in the store. Boots and hats. Tools and seeds. And a compliment of educational literature to help out the beginners and to answer the stumpers that the pros can run in to. The staff is very friendly and the prices are quite fair on most items. Especially the feed. Go by and see these fine people. They will be happy to help you in what ever way they can.

Love the prices on their Georgia boots and they r so quick to get to the propane outside so u never gave to wait but if u do they have plenty of cool things to browse if u do have to wait

Absolutely love this place. It was like taking my husband into a candy store. They had exactly what I was looking for and then some. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely drive over an hour to get our supplies for now on.

We've been going here months now to pick up feed for our small hobby farm. Not only are the employees knowledgeable, but the young men and women working here are top notch and work above and beyond the call of duty. Take for instance my recent visit, I ordered 12 bags of food. I would have been happy to load them myself, but the young man helping me asked to help, then loaded them twice as fast as if I had done it myself. I know there is a tractor supply down the road, but I try to avoid that place if I can help it to support a local business like this.

Good plant selection with more coming in constantly from local growers so it doesn't go into shock with our hot sandy conditions. They also give excellent advice about planting tips.

The best selection and pricing on plants and flowers in Shallotte. My yard is filling out! I pick-up a little seeds for the birds and a pig's ear for my dog when I'm in there too:)

Great locally owned store. Awesome selection of everything you need around your house or farm. Great selection of grass seed and ground cover too. Give this store a first look before tractor supply. You'll be supporting a local company and that's something that should make you feel like you've made a difference.

They carry things that no one else carries. I was looking for a old time tool that I had been looking for, for years and they had it. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I only go to them for my gardening needs. And there prices are cheap.
