If I could give Island Time 10 stars, I would. Toni was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She took extra time with my 9 year old rescue (chihuahua), to establish a trusting relationship.I felt totally comfortable leaving my Ava in her hands while I had a brisk walk on the beach..When I returned, I was met with a tail-wagging happy little dog who was delightfully clean, and decorated with a cute bandana. And she smelled so good! (not overpowering, just a good, clean smell). I give this wonderful local business 10 stars in all areas: professionalism, personality AND price. I'm grateful to have found the perfect grooming boutique for Ava.

After reading other reviews, I needed to rate my experience. I have a rescue dog and I called to make a spa day for her. I asked the price and she asked how much she weighed and I told her 10-15 lbs. she told me it would cost $65.00. The appointment was for 1:30 and we had a very difficult time finding the boutique. It was on the second floor and the steps to go up were wooden and old. We arrived at 1:28 and we talked for 5-10 minutes. We left and I received a text at 2:11 that she was done. We went to pick her up and she told us our dog was bad. Our dog wanted out of there! I went to pay and the bill was $87.00. Our receipt said $70.00 for a 20-40 lb dog, $5.00 charge for using a debit card And a$12.00 tip. For a $65.00 half hour? Our dog was not cut or trimmed and her nails were not cut. Very disappointing. Worst experience we ever had with a dog groomer(?)

Took my two chihuahuas to her the first time she did very well. The second time, I took my Chihuahuas she cut my chihuahua on his neck and tried to cover it up with some hard stuff..she didn't even tell me about it. So I cancelled the third appointment. I thought that was real sneaky of her and so unprofessional. I know accidents happens and she could have told me

This is the best experience we have ever had with our grooming of Lexi. She is usually so nervous when she gets home but not today. Love that she didn't have to stay for hours. I am so pleased with everything. These ladies are awesome. Take your babies here you will love them too.

Totally unprofessional…..3rd time my golden doodle was groomed 1st time $80 2nd $100 and 3rd $150 ! Huge increase with no notice ….again not professional and just NOT good business to assume it’s ok to NOT notify customers !! If I had been notified I would have cancelled !! Ask about the increase and was told they raised their prices! The increase almost double the cost with NO notice! Ask to return for a few touch ups and told me would have to charge me again really for 15 minutes for her time. Will NEVER give them my business or recommend them to anyone….definitely no customer service ! My doodle’s hair is uneven all over ….she looks terrible

Very friendly and easy to schedule with. My cat had her nails trimmed and fresh soft claws done. My dog was perfectly groomed. We will definitely be back!

We have our dogs nails done here, and these gals are SO FAST. Our doggie's nails are short, not sharp, and my dog doesn't try to maul me to get out of there so it's a win for us.

Spoke with a person to make an appointment. Very personable person. Scheduled appointment for 2 days after I called. I didn't ask for directions because the address was on Google. Appt was at 2:30. Went the 12 miles following Google maps but directions were to turn into woods, not even a road. Called number and got VM. Left 2 messages because I did not want to stand the business/appointment up. 5 hours has passed and I have not received a call back. Very disappointed.
